Abstract:With the rapid development of high-end industries, the demand for high-temperature piezoelectric materials is significantly increasing. However, realizing the ultra-high performance to meet more applications still faces major scientific and engineering challenges of our time. Here, a new Nb/Mn co-doped CaBi4Ti4O15 (CBT) high-temperature piezoelectric material system of CaBi4Ti4-x (Nb2/3Mn1/3) x O15 was synthesized by the conventional solid-state sintering method. The results show that the addition of the dopants tends to break the long-range ferroelectric chain and soften the flexibility of polarization, resulting in more distorted crystal structure and better ferroelectric properties of CBT ceramics. The ultra-high piezoelectric constant (d 33 = 26.8 pC/N) is thus attained in CBT-based ceramics with x = 0.12, which is about several times larger than that of pure CBT ceramics. Moreover, numerous nano-sized layered domain structures that lie on the lateral plane of grains are observed in ceramics, with lower domain wall energy and better dynamic features under electric fields, mainly responsible for the origin of enhanced performance. Besides, excess dopants could make the conductivity mechanism of CBT ceramics transform from p-type to n-type, and also result in a shift of conduction relaxation mechanism from defect dipole rotation polarization to electron relaxation polarization. The work not only provides a promising candidate for high-temperature piezoelectric materials, but also opens a window for optimizing performance by tailoring domain structures using chemical modification.

Abstract:High Curie temperature (TC) xBi(Ni1/2Ti1/2)O3-(1-x)Pb(Zr1/2Ti1/2)O3 (xBNT-(1-x)PZT, BNT-PZT) piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the conventional ceramic processing. The composition-induced morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) and its influences on structure and electrical performance were investigated. The synthesized BNT-PZT ceramics exhibit rather pure perovskite structure, and densified microstructure morphology with uniform elementals distribution in both grains and grain boundaries. With increasing the content of Bi(Ni1/2Ti1/2)O3 (BNT), crystal structure of the BNT-PZT ceramics transform from tetragonal phase to rhombohedral phase, and dielectric response peaks change from narrow shape to very broad shape but all presenting dielectric frequency dispersion. The diffused and relaxation dielectric behavior can be fitted well by the quadratic law, and the Vogel-Fulcher law fitting provides additional information on the relaxation characteristic. The MPB effects are confirmed further by ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties measurements. High-TC combined with excellent piezoelectric performance can be realized in the BNT-PZT system, which presents promising applications in geothermal exploration, aerospace and related elevated temperatures fields.
The impact of co-doping Ce, W, and Mn on the microstructure and piezoelectric performance of high-temperature piezoelectric ceramics based on CaBi2Nb2O9

Abstract:CaBi2Nb2O9 (CBN) is a bismuth layered ferroelectric material with extremely high Curie temperature and low dielectric loss, which has great application potential in ultra-high temperature field. However, because of its low piezoelectric coefficient, its practical application still faces great challenges. This study successfully prepared Ca1-xCexBi2Nb1.98(W2/3Mn1/3)0.02O9 (x = 0–0.05) two-layer ferroelectric ceramics using direct-reaction sintering method. A pseudo tetragonal structure was successfully constructed near x = 0.02 using the substitution method of Ce4+ at site A, and W6+ and Mn4+ at site B, which altered the crystal structure of CBN based ceramics. The properties of CBN-based piezoelectric ceramics have been significantly improved by this modification. It has a higher piezoelectric constant (d 33 = 20.6 pC/N) and Curie temperature (T c = 950 °C), while having a lower dielectric loss (tanδ = 0.031 at 500 °C). In addition, CaBi2Nb2O9 based piezoelectric ceramics also show excellent thermal stability. After annealing at 900 °C for 2 h, the d 33 value remained high at 19.2 pC/N, retaining about 93.2% of its original value. Therefore, these findings indicate that Ca1-xCexBi2Nb1.98(W2/3Mn1/3)0.02O9 is a high-temperature piezoelectric material with great potential.

Abstract:Ca2Nb2O7 is a promising material for high-temperature piezoelectric applications due to its ultra-high Curie temperature, which makes it a suitable candidate for use in harsh environments. However, their piezoelectric performance needs improvement. Here, through chemical engineering methods, we have successfully grown Bi3+ doped Ca2Nb2O7 single crystals using the optical floating zone technique. The Ca1.94Bi0.06Nb2O7 single crystals achieved better high-temperature stability, transparency and a higher piezoelectric constant of 12.8 pC/N at 298 K and 20.0 pC/N at 660 K. In addition to the dopant effects, mechanisms for enhancing the piezoelectric properties of perovskite-like layer structure (PLS) materials have been identified, highlighting the significant contribution of the NbO6 octahedron and interlayer ions. These findings offers valuable insights into improving the performance of PLS materials, which is crucial for promoting their practical applications as high-temperature lead-free piezoelectric materials.

Abstract:A synergetic effect of Li/Nd at the A site and W/Mn at the B site co-substitution on electrical properties of calcium bismuth niobate (CaBi2Nb2O9, CBNO)-based ceramics is proposed in this paper. CBNO primarily shows mixed p-type and ionic conduction due to a trace of oxygen vacancies (VO••). Both bulk resistivity (ρb) and activity energy (Ea) for conduction are dramatically increased by the co-substitution in Ca0.92(Li1/2Nd1/2)0.08Bi2Nb2−x(W3/4Mn1/4)xO9 [CBNO-LN-x(WM), x =0–0.02]. Consequently, the modified compositions almost show an intrinsic conducting mechanism due to a significant suppression of the VO•• concentration. Furthermore, the synergetic effect of Li/Nd at the A site and W/Mn at the B site greatly improves the piezoelectricity coefficient (d33), which is up to ∼21.1 pC/N in the optimized composition [CBNO-LN-10(WM)]. This combined with a high Curie temperature (TC = ∼946 °C) and high resistivity indicates that CBNO-LN-10(WM) is a good promising material in high-temperature piezoelectric applications.

Abstract:High‐temperature piezoelectric sensing is usually used in the aerospace, automotive, and power plant fields. High temperature piezoelectric ceramics are considered the key materials in these fields. In this paper, Ca1−x(Ba1/2Sr1/2)xBi2Nb1.985(W3/4Mn1/4)0.015O9 (x = 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20) (C1−xBSxBNWM) has been synthesized by a traditional solid state reaction method. The effects of substitution of calcium at the A‐site by barium and strontium on phase evolution and piezoelectric properties of the CaBi2Nb2O9 orthorhombic Aurivillius phases were investigated. The crystal structure of piezoelectric ceramics was characterized by XRD, Rietveld refinement, and Raman spectroscopy. Co‐substitution of barium/strontium (Ba2+/Sr2+) and tungsten/manganese (W6+/Mn4+) resulted in lattice distortion of C1−xBSxBNWM ceramics. The results induce that the tetragonal crystal structure increase with increasing the co‐substitution cations. Isothermal impedance spectroscopy confirmed intrinsic thermally activated conduction in the system. The C1−xBSxBNWM ceramics with x = 0.15 exhibit a very high Curie temperature (TC ∼ 923°C), a reasonable piezoelectric coefficient (d33 = 13.3 pC/N). Remarkably, even after thermal annealing at temperatures up to 800°C, it still retains a high d33 of 13 pC/N. In addition, the C0.85BS0.15BNWM ceramic had a relatively high resistivity (3.82 × 106 Ω·cm, 500°C). The Ca0.85(Ba1/2Sr1/2)0.15Bi2Nb1.985(W3/4Mn1/4)0.015O9 ceramics make possible their application in high‐temperature acceleration transducers.

Abstract:The excellent electrical properties of CaBi 4 Ti 4 O 15 -based piezoelectric ceramics come from both intrinsic and extrinsic contributions. Nb 5+ /Mg 2+ co-doping into the Ca 0.6 (Na 0.5 Bi 0.5 ) 0.4 Bi 4 Ti 4 O 15 ceramic results in increased oxygen octahedron tilt degrees and stretches along the direction of spontaneous polarization ( P s ), increasing the intrinsic contribution. Increased grain size is more conducive to local domain switching, which is beneficial to the extrinsic contribution. Effectively enhanced electrical properties are obtained in the Ca 0.6 (Na 0.5 Bi 0.5 ) 0.4 Bi 4 Ti 3.925 (Nb 2/3 Mg 1/3 ) 0.075 O 15 ceramic: a piezoelectric coefficient of d 33 = 25.5 pC N −1 (20 °C), a remnant polarization of P r = 11.2 μC cm −2 , and a coercive field of E c = 69.2 kV cm −1 . Moreover, high temperature stability ( d 33 = 23.9 pC/N at 600 °C) and resistivity ( ρ = 1.0 × 10 6 Ω cm at 600 °C) are obtained. This work can promote the development of high-temperature piezoelectric devices.

Machine Learning-Assisted Design of CaBi2Nb2O9-based Ceramics with High Piezoelectricity and Thermal Stability

Abstract:Calcium bismuth niobate CaBi2Nb2O9 (CBN)-based ceramics are promising candidates for high-temperature piezoelectric applications due to its high Curie temperature. However, the traditional trial-and-error method cannot realize fast design of high-temperature piezoceramics over a wide range of composition space. Based on small sample datasets, a machine learning model was proposed to accelerate the design of CBN-based ceramics with high piezoelectricity and thermal stability. Using the trained gradient boosting regression model, the piezoelectric coefficients are predicted for CBN-based ceramics with different compositions. Based on the machine learning prediction results, we prepared the co-doped Ca1-2x(NaCe)xBi2Nb2-x(W0.75Mn0.25)xO9 (CBNCWM-x) by solid phase reaction method. The results show that co-doping changes the lattice distortion, grain size and domain structures of CBN-based ceramics, realizing the enhanced piezoelectric properties. CBNCWM-0.03 ceramics exhibit an optimum piezoelectric coefficient (d33 ∼ 17.2 pC/N) that is quite close to the predicted result by machine learning model. Moreover, the CBNCWM-0.03 ceramics possess a Curie temperature of 913 °C and maintain 90.7% of its original d33 value after annealing at 900 °C for two hours, demonstrating excellent thermal stability. The present work not only provides an approach for the rapid discovery of CBN-based ceramics with high piezoelectricity but also obtains excellent thermally stable ceramics for high-temperature applications.
Enhancing Electrical Properties of High-Curie Temperature Piezoelectric Ceramics BNT-PZT and Their Mechanism

Abstract:Due to the urgent demands for high-Curie temperature (T-C/T-m) piezoelectric materials in geothermal exploration, aerospace and related fields, high-T-C/T-m ferroelectrics have attracted booming research attention. The high-T-m 0.25Bi(Ni1/2Ti1/2)O-3-0.75 Pb(Zr1/2Ti1/2)O-3 (0.25BNT-0.75PZT) ceramics were prepared by solid-state sintering method and via partial oxalate route, where the 0.25BNT-0.75PZT ceramics prepared via the partial oxalate route exhibit better electrical properties (T-m = 232 degrees C (10 kHz), epsilon(m) = 10963, P-r = 26.14 mu C/cm(2), E-c = 15.61 kV/cm, d(33) = 521 pC/N, d(33)* = 553.3 pm/V, K-p = 47.1%, and Q(m) = 21.6). The nano-scale domain configuration of the ceramics was revealed by piezoelectric force microscopy (PFM), and the relationship between the micro-structure and macro-electrical properties was analyzed. The ferroelectric phase transition mechanism was studied by temperature dependent Raman spectroscopy. The reduction of energy barrier of lattice distortion and polarization deflection is caused by nanometer-sized domain structure, low symmetric polar nano-regions and/or coexistence of multi-ferroelectric phases, contributing to the excellent electrical properties of the 0.25BNT-0.75PZT ceramics prepared via the partial oxalate route.
Enhanced piezoelectric performance in Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15‐based Bismuth‐layered ceramics by Nb/Mn doping modification

Abstract:In this work, Na0.5Bi4.5Ti3.94‐xMn0.06NbxO15+y Bismuth‐layered ferroelectric ceramics were prepared by a solid‐state reaction method. The effect of Nb5+ content on crystal morphology, electrical properties and piezoelectric performance were systematically investigated. The results show that the introduction of Nb5+ into Na0.5Bi4.5Ti3.94‐xMn0.06NbxO15+y ceramics to replace the Ti4+ increases the ratio of b/a lattice parameter, leading to the TiO6 octahedral distortion and the structural transformation tendency from orthorhombic to tetragonal phase, which facilitates dipole movements of Na0.5Bi4.5Ti3.94‐xMn0.06NbxO15+y ceramics. Therefore, the ferroelectric properties of Na0.5Bi4.5Ti3.94‐xMn0.06NbxO15+y ceramics are improved and an enhanced piezoelectric coefficient of 30 pC/N combining great temperature stability with d33 value higher than 25 pC/N in the temperature range of 25∼450°C have been realized in Na0.5Bi4.5Ti3.94‐xMn0.06NbxO15+y ceramics with x = 0.08 mol. Our work provides a good model for designing lead‐free ultrahigh Curie temperature piezoelectric devices that can be practically applied in extremely harsh environments. Impact of crystal structure and defect on the electric properties in (LiCeY)-doped CaBi2Nb2O9-based high-temperature piezoceramics

Abstract:The Ca1–2x(LiCe0.5Y0.5)xBi2Nb2O9 (CBNLCY-100x, x = 0–0.07) high-temperature ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid state reaction. The LiCeY substitution at A-site led an improvement of octahedral tilt angle in the a–c plane of CBNLCY-100x ceramics, which resulted in an enhanced piezoelectric constant. CBNLCY-6 ceramic with high Curie temperature (TC = 940 °C) had a high piezoelectric coefficient (d33) of 16.3 pC/N, even after annealing at 800 °C for 2 h, the d33 value of CBNLCY-6 ceramic still remained 92.6% of its original value. Furthermore, the dc conduction mechanism of the ceramics was studied. The oxygen vacancies played an important role in dc conduction mechanism at low temperature and the main conduction mechanism at high temperature was intrinsic conduction. The resistivity of CBNLCY-100x ceramics got highest value at x = 0.01 and the resistivity of CBNLCY-1 ceramic enhanced one order of magnitude compared with undoped CaBi2Nb2O9 ceramic. These results suggest that the CBNLCY-6 ceramic is a promising candidate material for ultra-high temperature applications.

Abstract:Good piezoelectricity and high resistivity are prerequisites for high-temperature acceleration sensors to function correctly in high-temperature environments. Bismuth layered structure ferroelectrics (BLSFs) are promising candidates for piezoelectric ceramics with excellent piezoelectric performance at high temperatures, high electrical resistivity, and high Curie temperatures (Tc). In this study, (LiMn)5+ is substituted for Bi at the A-site, and Ce-doping is performed to replace Ti ions in Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15, which achieves the desired combination of high piezoelectric coefficients and high resistivity. Herein, we prepared Na0.5Bi3(LiMn)0.9Ti4−xCexO15 high-temperature piezoelectric ceramics, achieving a high piezoelectric coefficient d33 of 32.0 pC/N and a high resistivity ρ of 1.2 × 108 Ω·cm (at 500 °C), and a high Curie temperature of 648 °C. It is important that the d33 variation remains within 8% over a wide temperature range from 25 °C to 600 °C, demonstrating excellent thermal stability. Structural characterization and microstructure analysis showed that the excellent piezoelectric coefficient and high resistivity of cerium-doped Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15-based ceramics are attributable to the synergistic effects of structural characteristics, defect concentration, refined grain size and domain morphology. This study demonstrates that the superior properties of Na0.5Bi3(LiMn)0.9Ti4−xCexO15 ceramics are crucial for the stable operation of high-temperature accelerometer sensors and for the development of high-temperature devices.

Excellent temperature stability of piezoelectric properties in PbNb2O6‐based ceramics up to 450°C

Abstract:Dense (Pb0.92Ba0.08)Nb2O6‐xmol% MnO2 with 0.25 wt% TiO2 ceramics with a single orthorhombic phase were synthesized through a conventional solid‐state reaction method. Excellent piezoelectric performance (d33 = 90 pC/N) and low dielectric loss (tan δ = 0.5%) are achieved in Mn‐doped samples. Interestingly, the dielectric anomalies are observed in the temperature range of 300–400°C, which could be completely suppressed through Mn doping. The dielectric anomalies are associated with thermally activated domain wall motion, which could be constrained by the defect dipoles produced by Mn doping. More importantly, all samples experience about 12% performance degradation below 300°C, attributed to an accelerated aging process at elevated temperatures. After thermal aging, the samples exhibit excellent performance stability within the temperature range of 25–450°C, showing no further degradation. The results indicate that the PbNb2O6‐based ceramics are promising high‐temperature piezoelectric materials for piezoelectric devices operating at temperatures up to 450°C.

Abstract:To guarantee the functional operation of high-temperature piezoceramics in harsh circumstances, both large piezoelectricity and superior resistivity are prerequisites. However, it remains a formidable challenge to achieve these objects. Herein, we report Ce-doped CaBi2Nb2O9-based high-temperature polycrystals, which can simultaneously deliver a high piezoelectric coefficient d(33) of 21.8 pC/N and decent resistivity rho of 7.1 x 10(7) Omega cm at 500 degrees C, along with a high Curie temperature of 916 degrees C. More encouragingly, the materials are also gifted with exceptional thermal stability (< 10% variation of d(33) in a broad range from ambient temperature up to 900 degrees C). In-depth multiscale structural characterizations unveil that the outstanding comprehensive performance of Ce-doped CaBi2Nb2O9-based ceramics originate from the synergistic effects of refined grain size and domain morphology, and reduced defect concentration. This work not only demonstrates that CaBi2Nb2O9-based ceramics hold enormous potential for high-temperature implements, but also offers prospects to exploit high-performance high-temperature piezoceramics.
High Piezoelectricity and Thermal Stability of Ce-doped CaBi2Nb2O9-based High-Temperature Ceramics

Abstract:As the industry advances at a swift pace, the demand for piezoelectric materials that exhibit both exceptional piezoelectric properties and excellent thermal stability is on the rise. However, it remains a significant challenge to achieve a balance between high piezoelectricity and thermal stability in these materials. In this study, the phase structure, microstructure, and thermal stability of Ce-doped CaBi2Nb2O9 (CLBBN-xCe) high-temperature bismuth layer-structured piezoceramics are studied. It is revealed that the CLBBN-0.1Ce ceramics stand out with a piezoelectric coefficient d33 of 21.7 pC/N and a high Curie temperature of 907 degrees C. Furthermore, in situ temperature measurement demonstrates that the d33 has a change rate of 20.8 % from room temperature to 400 degrees C. We found that grain size refinement and domain morphology contribute to excellent electrical properties of the Ce-doped CaBi2Nb2O9-based ceramics. The superior performance of these ceramics suggests they hold great promise for high-temperature applications.
Enhanced Piezoelectricity in Broad Composition Range and the Temperature Dependence Research of (ba1−xcax)(ti0.95sn0.05)o3 Piezoceramics

Abstract:BaTiO3-based (Ba1−xCax)(Ti0.95Sn0.05)O3 (x=0–0.07) lead-free piezoceramics were fabricated by a conventional solid state reaction technique. The phase structure and electrical properties of the as-prepared ceramics were researched. The temperature (TO−T) of the orthorhombic–tetragonal phase transition dielectric peak shifts toward lower temperature with increasing Ca content and the Curie temperature (TC) almost does not shift. At room temperature, the polymorphic phase transition (PPT) from the orthorhombic phase to tetragonal phase is jointly identified by the εr–T curves and XRD patterns. The piezoelectricity of the ceramics is enhanced due to the polymorphic phase transition and the best piezoelectricity is obtained at x=0.02 with d33=464pC/N and kp=43.1%. The piezoelectricity is enhanced in the broad composition range x=0.01–0.06 with d33>400pC/N and kp>41% which is beneficial for the industrial production. The temperature aging properties of piezoelectric constant d33, planar electromechanical coupling factor kp, the elastic compliance constant S11E and the radial frequency constant Nd are also researched.

Abstract:Aurivillius-compound Bi 3 TiNbO 9 (BTN) based high-temperature piezoelectric ceramics doped with mixed-valence cations (Mo 1/3 Cr 2/3 ) 4+ at the lattice B-sites, Bi 3 Ti 1− x (Mo 1/3 Cr 2/3 ) x NbO 9 (BTN-MC100 x , x = 0−0.07), were prepared via the solid-state reaction method. The incorporation of the (Mo 1/3 Cr 2/3 ) 4+ ions into the BTN lattice promotes the preferential growth of grains along the a -axis, making it easier for polarization vector to flip. The optimized composition BTN-MC5 ceramic had a large d 33 of 20.3 pC/N with a high T C of 901 °C. It was found that the donor doping effect of (Mo 1/3 Cr 2/3 ) 4+ and the formation of (CrTi′–VO⋅⋅–CrTi′)× defect dipoles contribute to reduce the concentration of oxygen vacancies, thus increasing the resistivity (2.2×10 5 Ω cm at 600 °C). In addition, the d 33 of the BTN-MC5 ceramic exhibits an excellent thermal stability against depoling temperature T d . These findings indicate that the BTN-MC5 ceramic is promising candidate for the preparation of high-temperature piezoelectric sensors.

Abstract:Lead-free 0.955K(0.5)Na(0.5)Nb(1-z)Ta(z)O(3)-0.045Bi(0.5)Na(0.5)ZrO(3)+0.4%MnO ceramics (abbreviated as KNNTaz-0.045BNZ+0.4Mn) were prepared by a conventional solid-state sintering method in a reducing atmosphere (oxygen partial pressure of 1x10(-10)atm). All ceramics with a pure perovskite structure show the two-phase coexistence zone composed of rhombohedral and tetragonal phase. Ta5+ ions substitute for Nb5+ ions on the B-site, which results in a decrease in the R phase fraction in the two-phase coexistence zone. The R-T phase transition temperature moves to room temperature due to the substitution of Nb5+ ions by Ta5+ ions. A complex domain structure composed of small nano-domains (similar to 70nm) formed inside large submicron domains (similar to 200nm) exists in KNNTa0.02-0.045BNZ+0.4Mn ceramics, which can induce a strong dielectric-diffused behavior and improve the piezoelectric properties. The temperature stability for the reverse piezoelectric constant for the KNNTaz-0.045BNZ+0.4Mn ceramics can be improved at z=0.02. Excellent piezoelectric properties (d(33)=328 pC/N, and =475pm/V at E-max=20kV/cm) were obtained for the KNNTa0.02-0.045BNZ+0.4Mn ceramics.

Abstract:Ce and W co-doped CaBi2Nb2O9 ceramics with chemical formula Ca0.96Ce0.04Bi2Nb2-x W x O9 (CCBN-W100x, x = 0–0.07) are fabricated via conventional solid state sintering method, to investigate the effect of W addition on the structure, electrical resistivity, dielectric and piezoelectric properties. A piezoelectric constant d 33 of 13.4 pC/N is obtained in CCBN-W2 ceramics, >100% higher than that of pure CaBi2Nb2O9 (d 33 = 5.8–6.4 pC/N). Of particular significance is that the electrical resistivity of CCBN-W2 ceramics (ρ = 3.7 × 109 Ω cm at 500 °C) is three orders of magnitude higher than pure CaBi2Nb2O9 (ρ = 2.9 × 106 Ω cm at same temperature). All these properties, together with its low dielectric loss (tanδ = 0.13%) and excellent d 33 thermal stability up to 800 °C, merit the CCBN-W2 ceramics for high temperature piezoelectric sensing applications.

Abstract:Lead-free (1 - x)(0.96K(0.46)Na(0.54)Nb(0.98)Ta(0.02)O(3)-0.04Bi(0.5)(Na0.82K0.18) 0.5ZrO3)-xCaZrO(3) ((1 - x)(0.96KNNT-0.04BNKZ)-xCZ) piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. The CaZrO3 dopant can induce a coexisting phase boundary with the transition from the orthorhombic/tetragonal phase to the R phase. Domains that exist across the grain boundary within neighboring grains appear in the ceramics with x = 0.01, which can result in an increase in ferroelectricity due to its long-range order organization. The CaZrO3 dopant results in the formation of polar nanodomains and induces the appearance of diffuse ferroelectrics. The ceramics with x = 0.01 show optimal piezoelectric properties (d(33) = 300 pC N-1 and d*(33) = 500 pm V-1 at 25 kV cm(-1)). Meanwhile, their high level of unipolar strain reaches up to 0.175% at 35 kV cm(-1) at room temperature, and their field-induced strain varies less than 10% from room temperature to 120 degrees C. The ceramics with x = 0.02 possess a remarkably high temperature stability of d*(33) (T-e = 200 degrees C). For x = 0.005-0.025, a higher amount of the CaZrO3 dopant can obviously improve the temperature stability of d*(33): The (1 - x)(0.96KNNT-0.04BNKZ)-xCZ system is a promising lead-free piezoelectric candidate material for commercial applications.
