Abstract:The invention provides a vanadium-based sodium oxo-fluorophosphate type sodium battery positive electrode material and a modification preparation method thereof. The unified formula of the vanadium-based sodium oxo-fluorophosphate type sodium battery positive electrode material is represented as Nax (VOyPO4) 2F3-2y/F-C/SP, wherein x is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 4, y is greater thanor equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1, and F-C represents a functional carbon material and SP represents a sodium phosphate. The preparation method of the positive electrode material comprises thefollowing steps: 1, dissolving a vanadium source, a phosphorus source, a sodium source and a fluorine source in water in proportion, then adding an additive, uniformly stirring at 60-120 DEG C, and drying in air or vacuum at 80-200 DEG C; 2, reacting in a protective atmosphere, carrying out heat treatment at 200-500 DEG C for 1-6 hours, then sintering for 2-12 hours at the temperature of 500-800DEG C and crushing, grinding and sieving to obtain the target material powder. The preparation process is simple, large-scale production and manufacturing are facilitated, the actual production and application of vanadium-based sodium oxyfluorophosphate series family materials are promoted, and the vigorous development of research, development, production and application of high-performance and low-cost room-temperature rechargeable sodium batteries and the energy storage industry is promoted.
