Abstract:The Myrzakulov-I equation is a 2+1-dimensional generalization of the Heisenberg ferromagnetic equation and has a non-isospectral Lax pair. The Darboux transformation with non-constant spectral parameter is constructed and an extra constraint on the spectral parameter for the existence of the Darboux transformation is derived. Explicit expressions of the solutions of the Myrzakulov-I equation are presented.

Abstract:The Myrzakulov-Lakshmanan-II (ML-II) equation is one of a (2+1)-dimensional generalizations of the Heisenberg ferromagnetic equation. It is integrable and has a non-isospectral Lax representation. In this paper, the Darboux transformation (DT) for the ML-II equation is constructed. Using the DT, the 1-soliton and 2-soliton solutions of the ML-II equation are presented.

The lowest degree of the Darboux transformation is 2(2n+1) if all the spectral parameters are complex, or 2n+1 if one spectral parameter is real. Abstract:The Darboux transformations for the two dimensional elliptic affine Toda equations corresponding to all seven infinite series of affine Kac-Moody algebras, including $A_l^{(1)}$, $A_{2l}^{(2)}$, $A_{2l-1}^{(2)}$, $B_l^{(1)}$, $C_l^{(1)}$, $D_l^{(1)}$ and $D_{l+1}^{(2)}$, are presented. The Darboux transformation is constructed uniformly for the latter six series of equations with suitable choice of spectral parameters and the solutions of the Lax pairs so that all the reality symmetry, cyclic symmetry and complex orthogonal symmetry of the corresponding Lax pairs are kept invariant. The exact solutions of all these two dimensional elliptic affine Toda equations are obtained by using Darboux transformations.

Abstract:For the two-dimensional Toda equations corresponding to the Kac-Moody algebras C(l)((1)) and D(l+1)((2)), the Darboux transformations with a special choice of spectral parameters are constructed so that the degree of these Darboux transformations is half of that for usual Darboux transformations and the derived solutions become simpler. These Darboux transformations for a Lax pair are constructed from real solutions of itself or a slightly different Lax pair corresponding to the same Toda equation, depending on the parity of l. Exact solutions of these Toda equations are presented by simplifying the results derived from the Darboux transformations.

Abstract:The nonlocal Darboux transformation of the stationary axially symmetric Schr\"odinger equation is considered. It is shown that a special case of the nonlocal Darboux transformation provides the generalization of the Moutard transformation. Formulae for the generalized Moutard transformation are obtained. New examples of two - dimensional potencials and exact solutions for the stationary axially symmetric Schr\"odinger equation are obtained as an application of the generalized Moutard transformation.

Abstract:<p>In this paper, we mainly investigate two-fold Darboux transformation and N-fold Darboux transformation in terms of ratio of ordinary determinant for the (2+1)-dimensional nonlocal nonlinear Schrödinger-Maxwell-Bloch equations with reverse-space. It should be mentioned that the questions of one-fold Darboux transformation addressed, results of one-fold Darboux transformation proved, as well as style of analysis borrow heavily, but the determinant representation involved to cope with higher-order Darboux transformation is nontrivial. By utilizing symbolic computation, some explicit solutions including periodic waves solutions, soliton solutions and complexion solutions are obtained for two-fold Darboux transformation. Choosing particular parameters, figures are plotted to show the propagations and interactions of various types of solitons, such as periodic waves, bright soliton, dark soliton, antidark soliton, two-peak bright soliton, two-peak dark soliton and two-peak antidark soliton.</p>

The generalized Darboux matrices with the same poles and their applications

Abstract:Darboux transformation plays a key role in constructing explicit closed-form solutions of completely integrable systems. This paper provides an algebraic construction of generalized Darboux matrices with the same poles for the $2\times2$ Lax pair, in which the coefficient matrices are polynomials of spectral parameter. The first-order monic Darboux matrix is constructed explicitly and its classification theorem is presented. Then by using the solutions of the corresponding adjoint Lax pair, the $n$-order monic Darboux matrix and its inverse, both sharing the same unique pole, are derived explicitly. Further, a theorem is proposed to describe the invariance of Darboux matrix regarding pole distributions in Darboux matrix and its inverse. Finally, a unified theorem is offered to construct formal Darboux transformation in general form. All Darboux matrices expressible as the product of $n$ first-order monic Darboux matrices can be constructed in this way. The nonlocal focusing NLS equation, the focusing NLS equation and the Kaup-Boussinesq equation are taken as examples to illustrate the application of these Darboux transformations.

Abstract:Darboux transformation of a second order linear differential operator is a well-known technique with many applications in mathematics and physics. We study Darboux transformation from the point of view of Markov semigroups of diffusion processes. We construct a Darboux transform of a diffusion process through a combination of Doob's $h$-transform and a version of Siegmund duality. Our main result is a simple formula that connects transition probability densities of the two processes. We provide several examples of Darboux transformed diffusion processes related to Brownian motion and Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process. For these examples we compute explicitly the transition probability density and derive its spectral representation.

Abstract:A nonlocal derivative nonlinear Schrodinger equation is discussed. By constructing its Darboux transformations of degree 2 n, the explicit expressions of new solutions are derived from zero seed solutions. Usually the derived solutions of this nonlocal equation may have singularities. However, it is shown that the solutions of the nonlocal derivative nonlinear Schrodinger equation can be globally defined and bounded for all (x, t) if the eigenvalues and the parameters characterizing the ratio of the two entries of the solutions of the Lax pair are chosen properly. Abstract:Based on a conservation law, we construct a hodograph transformation for the Wadati–Konno–Ichikawa ( WKI ) equation, which implies that the WKI equation is equivalent to a modified WKI ( mWKI ) equation. Applying the Darboux transformation to the mWKI equation, we show that in both the focusing and defocusing cases, the mWKI equation admits an analytic bright soliton solution from the vacuum and the collisions of n solitons are elastic based on the asymptotic analysis. In addition, we find that the mWKI equation still admits the breather and rogue wave solutions, although a modulation instability does not exist for it .
