Abstract:Let p be an odd prime. In this paper, analogs of Wilson?s and Wolstenholme?s theorems on the solution sets S+ = {n ? Z* p | n ? a + b ? ab (mod p)} and S? = {n ? Z* p | n ? a ? b ? ab (mod p)} are given, where Z* p denote a reduced residue system modulo p. We also establish congruences about sum and product of the quadratic residues in S+ or in S? modulo p. Finally, we raise a problem on how to solve Hadamard?s conjecture in the last section.

Abstract:Let k be a positive integer and p be a prime.We give some congruences involving the binomial coefficients((k+1)p-a)p-a),(kp-1p-a) with 1 ≤ a ≤ p-1 and （kp+p-1/2b±p-1/2±b),(kp-1p-1/2±b) with 0 ≤ b ≤ p-1/2.In particular,we get a generalization of Morley's congruence.Meanwhile,some congruences about the summation of ((k+1)p-ap-a) are obtained.

Abstract:Binomial coefficients and central trinomial coefficients play important roles in combinatorics. Let $p>3$ be a prime. We show that $$T_{p-1}\equiv\left(\frac p3\right)3^{p-1}\ \pmod{p^2},$$ where the central trinomial coefficient $T_n$ is the constant term in the expansion of $(1+x+x^{-1})^n$. We also prove three congruences modulo $p^3$ conjectured by Sun, one of which is $$\sum_{k=0}^{p-1}\binom{p-1}k\binom{2k}k((-1)^k-(-3)^{-k})\equiv \left(\frac p3\right)(3^{p-1}-1)\ \pmod{p^3}.$$ In addition, we get some new combinatorial identities.

Abstract:Let $p>3$ be a prime. We show that $$T_{p-1}=(p/3)3^{p-1} (mod p^2},$$ where the central trinomial coefficient $T_n$ is the constant term in the expansion of $(1+x+x^{-1})^n$. We also prove three congruences conjectured by Sun one of which is as follows: $$\sum_{k=0}^{p-1}\binom{p-1}{k}\binom{2k}{k}((-1)^k-(-3)^{-k})=(p/3)(3^{p-1}-1) (mod p^3).$$

Abstract:It is known that∑k=0∞(2kk)(2k+1)4k=π2and∑k=0∞(2kk)(2k+1)16k=π3. In this paper we obtain their p-adic analogues such as∑p/23 is a prime and E0,E1,E2,… are Euler numbers. Besides these, we also deduce some other congruences related to central binomial coefficients. Abstract:In this paper we study some products related to quadratic residues and quartic residues modulo primes. Let $p$ be an odd prime and let $A$ be any integer. We mainly determine completely the product $$f_p(A):=\prod_{1\le i,j\le(p-1)/2\atop p\nmid i^2-Aij-j^2}(i^2-Aij-j^2)$$ modulo $p$; for example, if $p\equiv1\pmod4$ then $$f_p(A)\equiv\begin{cases}-(A^2+4)^{(p-1)/4}\pmod p&\text{if}\ (\frac{A^2+4}p)=1, \\(-A^2-4)^{(p-1)/4}\pmod p&\text{if}\ (\frac{A^2+4}p)=-1,\end{cases}$$ where $(\frac{\cdot}p)$ denotes the Legendre symbol. We also determine $$\prod^{(p-1)/2}_{i,j=1\atop p\nmid 2i^2+5ij+2j^2}\left(2i^2+5ij+2j^2\right) \ \text{and}\ \prod^{(p-1)/2}_{i,j=1\atop p\nmid 2i^2-5ij+2j^2}\left(2i^2-5ij+2j^2\right)$$ modulo $p$.

Abstract: Define $g_n(x)=\sum_{k=0}^n\binom nk^2\binom{2k}kx^k$ for $n=0,1,2,...$. Those numbers $g_n=g_n(1)$ are closely related to Ap\'ery numbers and Franel numbers. In this paper we establish some fundamental congruences involving $g_n(x)$. For example, for any prime $p>5$ we have $$\sum_{k=1}^{p-1}\frac{g_k(-1)}{k}\equiv 0\pmod{p^2}\quad{and}\quad\sum_{k=1}^{p-1}\frac{g_k(-1)}{k^2}\equiv 0\pmod p.$$ This is similar to Wolstenholme's classical congruences $$\sum_{k=1}^{p-1}\frac1k\equiv0\pmod{p^2}\quad{and}\quad\sum_{k=1}^{p-1}\frac{1}{k^2}\equiv0\pmod p$$ for any prime $p>3$.

Abstract:In this paper we initiate the study of products and sums divisible by central binomial coefficients. We show that 2(2n+1)binom(2n,n)| binom(6n,3n)binom(3n,n) for every n=1,2,3,... Also, for any nonnegative integers $k$ and $n$ we have $$\binom {2k}k | \binom{4n+2k+2}{2n+k+1}\binom{2n+k+1}{2k}\binom{2n-k+1}n$$ and $$\binom{2k}k | (2n+1)\binom{2n}nC_{n+k}\binom{n+k+1}{2k},$$ where $C_m$ denotes the Catalan number $\binom{2m}m/(m+1)=\binom{2m}m-\binom{2m}{m+1}$. Applying this result we obtain two sums divisible by central binomial coefficients.
