Abstract:With the improvement of equipment's complexity,it is getting more and more difficult to diagnose and maintain.Therefore,automated testability analysis software must be introduced to ensure that complex equipment system can keep working reliably.In this field,we have long been dependent on foreign software,which could not co-operate with local process properly.In this project,we design and implement our own testability software,named TADS,basing on mature foreign ones.Meantime,fully taking account of the relative department's requirement,our software has great scalability and supports a lot of standard output formats,which makes it easy to use in conjunction with other software.This article briefly describes the top-level structure of our software,and gives a specific example of the software for modeling and analyzing.
