Service-oriented Information Integration System for Workshop Manufacturing Process

Abstract:It was difficult to realize effective integration of heterogeneous information with various sources in workshops,the architecture of service-oriented information integration system for workshop manufacturing process was established based on the analysis of the characteristics of manufacturing process information. The manufacturing process information was the main integration object of the architecture,and manufacturing process function services were regarded as the core of the architecture. The manufacturing process information schema was unified by the rule mapping method based on eXtensible Markup Language (XML),so that it could be accessed,controlled and managed by various services. The model-driven method was adopted to arrange services and organize the business processes. Manufacturing process integration bus was used to control and manage the business processes. The manufacturing process was revealed to different users by using different views in application layer so as to achieve the visualized production. Finally,based on the system and the method discussed above,the system modules were developed and their application verification was carried out.
