Data Integration Platform for Small-Medium Enterprise Process Integration

Abstract:An automotive data exchange method supporting process integration was proposed to meet the demand of business process integration of small-medium enterprises.And a small-sized integration platform using the method was developed.By analyzing the business process management of manufacturing enterprises and its requirements for integration,a mapping model was constructed between relational database management system(RDBMS) and extensible markup language(XML).With XML used as the media-carrier of information exchange,source data in databases was transformed into XML data according to the output mode of mapping,then XML data was transformed into data of objective database according to the input mode of mapping.The platform was characterized by the adaptation to the change of the business process because of its capability of flexible integration.With the real-time data flow and the data consistency of business process,the process flow of enterprises became more smooth.Application results in the enterprise indicates that the platform can not only solve the problem of process integration of inner enterprises,but also can be extended to the business process integration between enterprises and meet the requirement of E-commerce.
