Abstract:According to the problems in Chinese enterprise technology innovation, a concept of smarter enterprise innovation network was proposed, which has three characteristics: (1) The value of knowledge, information for experts inside and outside enterprise, information of the market changes and user's demand are more insightfully perceived; (2) The information among the knowledge life cycle, internal and external enterprise knowledge, behavior of employee knowledge sharing and innovation activities, knowledge suppliers and demanders, knowledge and the innovation process are communicated much comprehensively; (3) Knowledge management system become more intelligent though building the dynamic relationship between the knowledge and persons, which means the more usage of the system, the smarter it would be. Implementation methods for the smarter enterprise innovation network were presented: (1) Managing, tracking and monitoring the life cycle of the knowledge: According to the knowledge application result, the appropriate incentives are given to knowledge contributors; Evaluation of knowledge and staffs is combined, so that the knowledge network will be more ordered, and people will take part in construction and evaluation of knowledge network much responsibly and actively;(2) Rely on public assessment of knowledge: organizing related staffs to vote some knowledge for a particular evaluation; knowledge evaluation based on Wikipedia (Wiki) model; evaluation knowledge based on behavior of knowledge application by staff; (3) Combining the knowledge evaluation with the daily use of knowledge. There are some problems need to pay attention to: scoring standards for the behaviors of daily knowledge application; knowledge evaluation strategy for some possible cheating behaviors; knowledge evaluation strategy for some possible negative behaviors. The system based on this concept has been partly applied in a certain research institute.

Abstract:Knowledge map is one of main tools of knowledge sharing. Focused on the issue of knowledge sharing in organization knowledge management, a knowledge map model used knowledge space triple (knowledge, property, relation) as context is presented, and a concept clustering model and algorithm of knowledge map is given to build knowledge map and the Hasse diagram. In the knowledge map constructed by concept clustering, knowledge and its relations are well organized and described, and it is efficient and convenient to search the necessary knowledge in organization knowledge sharing. At last, a case is given to illustrate the application of the proposed model.

Abstract:Effective knowledge assets' sharing becomes one of the crucial factors of increasing core competence of the enterprise. As an important knowledge management tool, knowledge map provides the knowledge sharing platform of tacit and explicit knowledge assets. This paper presents the method of knowledge map building and analyzes the hierarchy of knowledge map. The relationship of knowledge node granularity and knowledge map hierarchy and the related knowledge management tools are discussed. Multi-dimension structure of knowledge utilization is expounded in the framework of knowledge map interactive platform. Human knowledge and machine knowledge of transmission case design are shared by the appropriate person through knowledge map of the enterprise which integrates the intelligence asset, dispels the bottleneck of knowledge transferring and speedups the knowledge reusing.

Abstract:The conventional topic map is extended on the structure of logic organization. The association of topic-knowledge element-occurrence and the relevance between the topics and between the knowledge elements are established. Distributed knowledge management based on extended topic maps is proposed. The semantic organization and joining between the physical resource entities and the abstract concepts are implemented. Abstract:The conventional model for knowledge organization management is based on resource; index and metadata catalog. It is difficult to express the concept of knowledge resource, the information contained in knowledge elements and the inner relevance of information. In an attempt to solve this problem, a new model for distributed knowledge organization management is proposed based on extended topic maps. The association of subject - knowledge element - occurrence and the relevance between the subjects and between the knowledge elements are established. The expression of multi-level, multi-granularity and inner relevant characteristics of knowledge is improved. The knowledge logic organization framework based on extended topic maps is presented. Additionally, a new similarity measure algorithm based on comprehensive information theory for topic maps is proposed. The methods of topic maps merging and dynamic updating are also introduced.
