Abstract:In recent years, with the prohibition of CFC by international community, the cascade refrigeration cycle is showing the development of new features, in which Auto-cascade refrigeration cycle with its simple structure, reliable performance particularly has aroused widespread concern. This paper puts forward using the distillation column instead of the multi-stage segregation device, which make full use of the distillation column to provide good enough conditions for the vapour-liquid contact,creat a greater contact surface, ensure the space and time of heat and mass transfer between each component of refrigerant and lubricant, in order to achieve high efficient separation.This cycle uses environment-friendly non-azeotropic mixed (NARM) R600a\R23\R50 as refrigerant. The improved PT equation is used, according to the quality and energy conservation of the distillation column and heat exchanger to carry on thermodynamic analysis. On this basis, the selection and the calculation of the experimental apparatus and equipment carried out to self-made a auto-cascade refrigeration cycle prototype. Through the cooling test of the eight different mixture ratio, the best quality ratio is found and the minimum temperature the ratio can reach. Through repeated experiments, study that the cycle compression ratio of one component affect on the temperature inside the ultra-low temperature box, the cycle compression ratio of the different components under the same temperature inside the ultra-low temperature box affect on the system performance, and the three throttle, cold boxes cycle high and low pressure ratio and distillation column reflux liquid extraction rate affect on the system performance. The prototype broke the traditional method that access to the depth refrigeration needs multiple refrigeration compressors, only use a single-stage air-conditioning refrigeration compressor with lubrication, to achieve high and low boiling point component through the use of distillation devices, including high-performance lubricant separation, successfully reduced to below -80 degrees C, and system stability. According to the results of a series of experiments, analyzed the ratio of working fluid, cycle pressure ratio, distillation column extraction rate of liquid return, increase heat and the expenditure component's effect on the temperature in the ultra-low temperature box and the COP of system.
