Abstract:The requirements of typical chips development of control equipment based on embedded system is an important prerequisite for the rapid application of relay protection devices in smart grid, digital substation and distributed energy scenarios. In the increasingly harsh working environment, the control equipment still needs to ensure reliable operation. In order to solve the problem that the embedded system power supply timing is abnormal when the relay protection control equipment is installed in the environment of power supply fluctuation, this paper proposes a design scheme of power supply timing control circuit with low cost and adjustable delay. When the input undervoltage is detected, the power supply in the board is powered off, and an adjustable delay signal is generated after the input is restored to normal, so as to ensure that the power rails are powered off completely. And then they are powered on again according to the designed time sequence, so as to ensure that the power on time sequence is normal. Combined with the power supply timing requirements of mainstream embedded processor, the proposed design scheme is analyzed theoretically, and the required parameters are calculated. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed design scheme is verified by simulation and experimental test.
