Abstract:According to the characteristics of the PCB manufacturing industry, this paper proposes a general functional model and a systematic informational integrated model which is suitable for the PCB manufacture. This paper emphasizes manufacturability analyses system and the schedule optimization of the cluster driller system .It has been proved that this scheme is very effective and can provide a reference paradigm for the same kind of enterprises to implement their CIMS.

Abstract:The traditional CIMS reference architecture is not practically effective in the system analysis, design and implementation. The paper introduces a new CIMS application architecture consisting of three layers: data layer, logic layer and controlling layer, and specifies the composition and relationship of each layer in detail. Moreover, on the basis of the reference model,an instructive system analysis and design method is described, which has been proved to be successful in Qingshan Paper Mill' CIMS.

System integrating technologies and engineering application schemes are developed. And then complete control sets for those processes are manufactured. Integrated computer network is used to construct the management information system of a large pulp and paper mill that got the economic benifit of 2 millions Yuan.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the polyester fiber industry, the overall structural model was proposed, which is suitable for half continuous process. The three level structure control model, system integrated functional model and quality control system functional model for production procedures were also put forward. The overall structural model consists of the comprehensive optimized control subsystem for production process quality, the management information system and the information integrated support subsystem. It has been proved that the proposed models are effective.

Abstract:Based on the implementation not computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS) in the polyester fiber enterprise, the conceptual model for production, evaluation model of economic efficiency and implementation scheme of the production system were proposed. The models may be used to predict target benefit of the enterprise production, draw up competitive prices of the products, determine production scope, control cost budget and increase economic efficiency. It is useful as a reference material for forecasting input-output economic benefit of the similar half continuous industrial processes.

Abstract:The introduced CIMS reference model, which is composed of data layer, logic layer and controlling layer, is proved to be comprehensively instructive in system design and implementation. Based on this model, the paper analyzes the workflow and system functional partition according to the characters of the sale process in a paper mill. Furthermore, it introduces a distributed multi-layer architecture and points out the six main components in MIDAS. Finally, taking the Qingshan Paper Mill as an example, it illustrates the practical effect of this architecture.

Abstract:Based on analyzing the present situation and the characteristics of production operations in tobacco industry, the system architecture and function module of HY-CIMS are described. Some problems and the solved methods of key technologies on design and implementation are pointed out. Based on the operation situation, the system includes design, production, sale, purvey, storage, financial affairs, spare part, quality management, personnel, labor and capital, hieroglyph file, OA, synthetical query, etc. subsystems. These subsystems can run independently, and make up of closed loop ERP. The research in the paper affords experience and gist for the spread of CIMS in tobacco industry.

Abstract:DCS and VM concept, an environment of industrial control computer system including model-creating, control, optimization and simulation was set up. Lots of dynamic mathematic models, static mathematic models and control algorithms were put into the environment, and the simulation system for the pulp & paper mill can thus be established. The results obtained both from system simulation and commercial controller systems proved themselves to be effective for practical purposes.
