Designing and Implemention of CIMS in Tobacco Industry

Abstract:Based on analyzing the present situation and the characteristics of production operations in tobacco industry, the system architecture and function module of HY-CIMS are described. Some problems and the solved methods of key technologies on design and implementation are pointed out. Based on the operation situation, the system includes design, production, sale, purvey, storage, financial affairs, spare part, quality management, personnel, labor and capital, hieroglyph file, OA, synthetical query, etc. subsystems. These subsystems can run independently, and make up of closed loop ERP. The research in the paper affords experience and gist for the spread of CIMS in tobacco industry.
