Abstract:After reviewing about project evaluation and analyzing the disadvantages in recent research,this paper discussed the problem of project evaluation on a new aspect:systems.The basic functions of general evaluation are used as the theoretical basis in this paper.After taking the characteristics of project evaluation activities into account,the functions of project evaluation from three dimensions:process,time and knowledge are systematically analyzed.Based on the above,this paper built a structural model of project evaluation and analyzed it.In the final,the basic structure and system evaluation model of project evaluation have been established in this paper.

Abstract:The radical reason of evaluation spawn, the significance and the basic principles of evaluation, have been discussed in this paper. Then some general problems to the evaluation at present and countermeasures according to these problems are analyzed emphatically: (1)the complexity of evaluation object; (2) a boost to the people's requirements to evaluation; (3) the use of existent experience; (4)the quantity of information of evaluation; (5) the reliability of evaluation. Based on these problems and countermeasures, the developing trend of evaluation and some suggestions for the future evaluation are mentioned as fouows: (a) innovation in evaluation theories and methods; (b) integration with new technology; (c) establishing international evaluation organization.

Abstract:Evaluation methodology of urban master planning implementation is an important component of urban planning theories . In China, urban master planning evaluation has achieved legal position, as well as abundant research achievements and practical experience. But on the whole, this study is still in its infancy. Based on the three dimensions, namely concept, object and technology of the evaluation, this paper tries to build stereo method system so as to analyze and summarize various evaluation methods. Corresponding to each dimension, these methods are divided into static methods and dynamic methods, outcome methods and process methods, and quantitative methods and qualitative methods. Through the classiifed review, a multiple and complex method system should be established by the interaction of methods on different dimensions. Only in this way can we lead to the comprehensive and objective evaluation of urban master planning implementation.

Abstract:Firstly this paper summarizes and classifies the Comprehensive Evaluation (CE) methods in different fields, then explores the new research progress of the CE. The paper indicates that there are two evident problems in exiting methods: one is the non-consistency about the evaluation conclusion when using different CE methods to evaluate same object; the other is the disjointedness between theory research and application. It is put forward that to build up an effective I-3 DSS in the research of CE is a frontier task and a development trend. Based on the analysis above, this paper put forward a new idea of combination evaluation based on methods integration to set up an I-3 DSS that can support the consistent evaluation.

Abstract:The research of effect evaluation for non-experimental data is an important research field in management science.Although the effect evaluation theory has been researched for decades abroad,there is little research domestic.Based on such situation,this paper lays out effect evaluation theory and empirical analysis methods,and considers three main methods involved: Heckman Correction Method,Difference-in-Difference Method and Matching Method.At last,we review some noticeable aspects in practice.

Abstract:Evaluation System is one of the construction of moral education in universities.It can affect the trendency of the work in moral education in universities and the judgement of its state efficiently.It can also offer forceful support to the decision of the moral education development.And then lead the moral education in universities to a right direction.Evaluation system and Its ways for moral education in universities is the key to develop the function of evaluation of moral education.To achieve this goal,first,we should construct and perfect the target of the moral education evaluation.Second,we should perfect the procedure of the evaluation,enhance the efficiency and the quality of the moral education evaluation.Last,we should perfect the battalion of evaluation,acquire information timely,and build a valid mechanismof moral education evaluation.

Abstract:A Computer-Integrated Comprehensive Evaluation Support System for Common User (EV) was developed for resolving two urgent problems existing in the comprehensive evaluation research field: the first one was the inconsistency among the evaluation conclusions drawn by different evaluation methods; the second one was the disjointedness between theoretical research and practical application. The basic thinking of EV development, system structure and function, user interface, system implementation technology and main characteristic were introduced in this paper. This study not only helps perfect evaluation theory in the perspective of methodology, but also promote expansion of the application of comprehensive evaluation method.

Abstract:[Purpose/Significance]An efficient academic evaluation system can create good academia and help college to improve discipline quality. Under the background of the construction of " Double World-class" and innovation-driven development,howto carry out academic evaluation is a controversial challenge,which is of great significance to carry on the review,evaluation and prospect of this field.[Method/Process]Using bibliometrical analysis method,this study analyzes the paper productivity,discipline,journals,research institutions and hot topics of 1429 CSSCI source journal papers on academic evaluation from CNKI database via the Cite Space III Information Visualization Software. [Result/Conclusion]On the basis of the identification and definition of several controversial issues in this field,three suggestions are put forward on the research method of academic evaluation,including adapting to the object,prioritizing the quality and reconstructing the ration.
