Abstract:Molecular biology and its experimental teaching is assigned one of the most important com‐pulsory course for the junior undergraduate students w ho major in biotechnology and/or biological sci‐encesis as its strong practicality and its methods and techniques serving as powerful tool for almost all life science related research and practice .Experiments study is an indispensable content of molecular biology teaching focusing on quality‐oriented education .Based on years of experiment teaching prac‐tice of molecular biology , the w riters believes the fundamental means to persistently improve the quality of experiment teaching of molecular biology is to make teachers really play the role of guid‐ance ,to reasonably organize the contents of experiment course ,to strengthen the restrict training of students’ basic skills little by little ,to introduce associated problem discussion in the experimental in‐terval to help most students to know well the relevant theory .By which ,the students can be gradual‐ly trained to think about interesting subjects and link the basic theory with practice to analyze some actual problem ,the experimental course of molecular biology can play the irreplaceable role in innova‐tive talents cultivation .
