Abstract:According to the personnel training objectives of molecular biology curriculum under the new situation, several measures including improving curriculum construction, enriching teaching methods, and enhancing practical ability, were proposed to reform the teaching mode of molecular biology. A dual-mode and three-level system were adopted in curriculum construction. The PBL teaching method was also introduced in the teaching, and both the teaching effects and students' ability of autonomous learning have been improved. These measures can provide some reference for further reform of molecular biology teaching.
