Abstract:To improve teaching effect,the experimental teaching reform of undergraduates’microbiology based on system principle of scientific research was carried on.The reform involved in adjusting experiment order,transforming research work,developing comprehensive experiments,and so on.Under the premise of keeping basic microbiological operation training,the principles and importance of the experimental design were inculcated,and the teaching contents were enriched and systematized.The spirit of teamwork and learning interests were also emphasized in order to cultivate undergraduates’comprehensive experimental abilities and bring out the experimental potentials.The reform of undergraduates’microbiology experiments is the fundamental task for guiding them to design and do the scientific research.
