Abstract:Online Conference Statement The 3rd International conference on Computer, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (ICCBDAI 2022) was successfully held online from December 16 to 18, 2022. Thanks for the participation of all attendees. We are looking forward to see you again next year! Preface It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 3 rd International conference on Computer, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (ICCBDAI 2022) from December 16 to 18. ICCBDAI 2022 aims to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry around the world to discuss latest progress and development in this fields. ICCBDAI 2022 would be the international platform for knowledge sharing as well as creating favorable atmosphere for collaboration initiations. ICCBDAI 2022 was organized by Hunan University, Huaihua University, Beijing University of Technology and University of Dunaújváros. We are honored to have Prof. Wangdong Yang and Prof. Chi Liu to serve as our general chair. And we are privileged to have invited 4 distinguished experts as our keynote speakers. They are Prof. Okyay Kaynak from University of Birmingham, Prof. Chengzhong Xu from University of Macau, Prof. Zhi-Hui Zhan from South China University of Technology, and Prof. Dianhui Wang from China University of Mining and Technology. Each keynote speaker were allocated around 40 minutes to deliver their speech and a Q&A discussion were also arranged in between. There are also another session of 20 workshop presentations after the keynote speeches. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all Technical Committee Members and reviewers for their valuable inputs in shaping the conference program and reviewing the submitted papers. Our special thanks go to our keynote speakers as well as all the authors for sharing their latest research results. We wish to express our heartfelt appreciation to IOP Publishing for providing such wonderful publishing services. We hope the readers could enjoy and find some useful knowledge in the proceedings. We are also expecting more and more experts and scholars from all over the world to join this international event next year.
