The Function of International Pattern and Its Influence on the Preference for Policy

Abstract:International pattern is one of the basic requirements of international harmony.Under non-monarchy state,relations among nations are a kind of state-coexistence,so,in order to keep state-coexistence going well,many countries must recognize that they must give up non-monarchy,especially the most primitivenatural statewhich is something of Hobbes.International pattern is the first environment to effect socialization in order to break away from non-monarchy,natural phase.Once the nation enters the phase of socialization,the non-monarchy phase,to a large extent,will be greatly improved——natural state converting into autonomous state.In this conformation,international pattern will exert great influences on international relations,national behaviors,and national preference for policy.From the perspective of form and process,new-realism and new-liberalism respectively formulate their different view on how international pattern can effect this law.It is a theoretical project that how we estimate the role of international pattern.This article tries to take on a new analytic way on international pattern on the basis of new-realism and new-liberalism.
