What Management Research Do We Need in China?

Abstract:The most important mission of Chinese management research is to provide solid theoretical foundation for the practice of management in China.Specifically,this paper sheds light on what management research we need in China from the following four aspects: facing Chinese management practice instead of international top journal;framing the issues instead of defining methods;simplifying the complicated issues rather than complicating the simple issues and thinking globally and doing locally.
