Abstract:Practical attribute is very important for management discipline. Management is an applied discipline, and the main feature of applied disciplines is to be able to use. In order to pursue useable scientific research, it is necessary to find valuable problems, especially those problems which are used to guide the practice and it can be called practice first. Scientificity is the procedure that should be followed in subsequent studies. The order before and after the process is very critical. Not in accordance with the order from practice first to the scientific research” is likely to lead to the conflict between scientific research and practice effectiveness. In the absence of careful observation of enterprises, it is hard to find valuable problem from literature or theory. If China’s management of academic research should be closely integrated with practice, scholars should deeply observe the Chinese enterprises, put forward more Chen Chunhua propositions” or similar Chen Chunhua propositions”, rather than a large number of American management propositions”from the literature. At the same time, China’s management academic journals should also pay more attention to the Chinese experience, Chinese hypotheses and Chinese propositions”, and can not blindly continue the issues that the top journals of the United States concern about.
