Abstract:The concept and characteristics of reverse micelles and the principle of reverse micelles extraction protein were briefly introduced in the this paper. The factors of influencing reversed micelles extraction protein, including pH, ionic strength, the type of cation, the molecular weight and concentration of protein, the type and concentration of surfactant were introduced. In the later, the research progress of kinetics in the world, driving force on reverse micelles extraction protein, and three models for microencapsulation of proteins in reversed micelles was reviewed.
