Abstract:To manage effectively the process of dynamic alliance of aviation enterprise,according to requirements and characteristics of the enterprise,functional structure of the Dynamic Alliance of Aviation Enterprise Management System was proposed,Then the operational process of the system was analyzed,And key techniques in the system was researched;Meanwhile task decomposition principle was drawn up according to the requirements of concurrent engineering(CE)of product,taking account of coordinate character of distributed design resources system,Afterwards by adopting analytic hierarchy process(AHP)the problem of the choice of alliance member was solved,And the progress adjustment was researched by using the optimizing time-cost model,Finally,the system was implemented through the technology of JSP+JDBC+Tomcat based on the struts framework.Above all,the system has been tested and deployed in aviation enterprise.
