Abstract:The features of virtual enterprise (VE) are analyzed and its classification is outlined. Based on the special demands of Chinese industry, a method to establish a short-term dynamical alliance through Internet is proposed and a feasible method to evaluate and select its partner is presented. The workflow is also introduced in the process of organizing a short-term dynamical alliance. At last, the schedule management is presented. © Professional Engineering Publishing 2004.
