Game Analysis of Dynamic Alliance for SMEs

Abstract:The small and medium-sized enterprises, as the main body to promote the development of China's economic and construct the market economy, are called "the most active economical cell" and are the base power for social stability. This article describes the basic situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and then proposes the meaning and characteristics of dynamic alliance. On this basis, it points out the feasibility and necessity of dynamic alliance for the small and medium enterprises to implement. By using Game theory which is divided into three modes, this article discusses the benefits of self-development and dynamic alliance of the SMEs, and finally arrives a conclusion that dynamic alliance is of great benefit to small and medium-sized enterprise for its long-term interests and sustainable development.
