Abstract:Objective: To adapt to the development urgent requests of current hospital volunteer service,To investigate how to establish local hospital volunteer service system.Method: Taking a hospital as a example,based on the practice analysis,the hospital's volunteer recruitment system,training system,management system,evaluation system and incentive mechanism were studied,thus formed a hospital volunteer service system with Chinese characteristics.Result: Hospital volunteer recruitment system strictly regulate the volunteer team construction;the training system is a powerful guarantee for volunteer service quality;the management system is the efficient and orderly operation mechanism;the assessment system promptes volunteers continuous quality improvement;the incentive mechanism is the important guarantee to the healthy development of the volunteer team.Conclusion: The hospital volunteer service system expanded the hospital services,created a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,reshaped the doctor professional spirits and medical ethics,leaded to the rapid development of national health volunteer service work and improved the ideological and moral qualities of citizens in the whole society.
