Applications of Ethernet and Lumped-Frame Technology in the 2-Layer Master/Slave Control System

Abstract:This paper mainly focuses on the design of 2-layer master/slave control system,which is usually used in industrial control.Ethernet technology and lumped?frame technology are introduced here and a new set of communication protocol is proposed.The protocol processing of nodes is datagram’s repeating with delay and designed using FPGA.With the communication protocol and the hardware solution proposed,the control system performs well on communication,with less communication time and higher rate of usable data.
