Abstract:The Chinese economy has obtained huge achievements since the reform and opening-up,but at the same time,a great deal of development problems have appeared.For example,the income gap between the city and county is expanding,the regional development remains uneven,the poor increases year after year,the major social group in China is weakening little by little.It has become the national strategic mission to resolve the problems of social justice that emerges in the process of economical transformation.To be specific,it is deadly important for the government to speed up the further development of economy so as to increase social wealth,it is high time to change the traditional idea of “efficiency first with fairness considered ”,to strengthen its social guarantee mechanism.
