Abstract:The non agreement transfer of the stock right of limited liability company is different from the agreement transfer,the transfer of shares is not the agreement between the shareholders,a company with third human consensus,is generally caused by the provisions of the law directly,including transfer of the stock right caused by marriage relationship changes,the stock right transfer due to inheritance,the people's court in accordance with the compulsory execution,dissent shareholders equity transfer and share repurchase program occurs.The non agreement transfer is the weak link in China's "company law",on the set,"company law" is rarely involved.Therefore,such problems may arise some problems in the practice process.With the development of market economy,the main body of the market economy becomes more and more active,fresh problems also emerge in an endless stream.We should set up the consciousness of the problem,study seriously about the related content of non agreement transfer of the stock right,to perfect it,and to carry on the necessary rules and limits in the "company law".
