Abstract:In the crystal structure of the title compound, C15H15N5O2S, the triazole ring forms a π56 configuration in which the N between the two C atoms is sp2 hybridized. A strong S⋯S(−x, −y, −z) interaction exists between adjacent molecules producing a zigzag line along the c axis with an S⋯S distance of 3.123 (3) A, and a three-dimensional network is formed through C—H⋯N and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.

Abstract:In the title molecule, C18H11Cl3N2O2, the central benzene ring is oriented at 8.44 (12) and 70.57 (11)degrees with respect to the terminal chlorophenol and dichloropyridine rings, respectively. The molecular structure is stabilized by an intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bond, which generates an S(6) ring motif. In the crystal, pi-pi stacking between parallel pyridine rings is observed [centroid-centroid distance = 3.6561 (14) angstrom].

Abstract:The title compound 1-phenyl-3-methylthio-4-imino-5-allyl-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine, C 15 H 15 N 5 S, has been synthesized and characterized by x-ray diffraction: orthorhombic, space group Pbca, with a = 17.3480(9), b = 8.5022(5), c = 19.8132(11) Å. Z = 8, V = 2922.4(3) Å 3 . The compound shows a fully delocalized pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine system with a sp 2 hybridization of the N(4) atom.

Abstract:The title compound 1-(1′,3′-dimethyl-5′-chloropyrazol-4′-carbonyl)-3-(2′-chlorophenyl)-5-amino-4-cyanopyrazole (C16H12Cl2N6O) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction: Triclinic, space group P1, with a = 8.6712(8) Å, b = 9.5091(10) Å, c = 11.2170(11) Å α = 71.531(2)°, β = 84.683(2)°, γ = 74.099(2)° Z = 2; V = 843.7(14) Å3. C(10), O(1), C(11), and N(2) atoms are coplanar with the average deviation of 0.0071 Å, which form 11.03° and 43.93° dihedral angles with pyrazole planes (I) and (II), respectively.

Abstract:In the mol-ecule of the title compound, C(19)H(22)N(2)O(2), the pyrazolidinone ring has an envelope conformation, with the C atom attached to the 4-methoxy-phenyl ring displaced by 0.354 (3) Å from the plane of the other ring atoms. The 4-iso-propyl-phenyl ring is oriented with respect to the 4-meth-oxy-phenyl ring at a dihedral angle of 88.94 (3)°. Intra-molecular C-H⋯N hydrogen bonds result in the formation of two planar five-membered rings, which are oriented with respect to the adjacent 4-isopropyl-phenyl and 4-meth-oxy-phenyl rings at dihedral angles of 4.05 (3) and 0.50 (3)°, respectively. In the crystal structure, inter-molecular N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules into centrosymmetric dimers.
