Abstract:In the structure of the title salt, C6H9N2+ center dot C7H6NO2-, the 4-aminobenzoate anions are linked to adjacent anions and 2-amino-4-methylpyridinium cations via N - H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. The crystal structure also shows a weak C - H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bond between adjacent anions. Within the 4-aminobenzoate anion, the carboxylate group is twisted by 14.0 (4)degrees with respect to the benzene ring.

Abstract:The title compound, C(19)H(19)N(3)O(2), is a Schiff base compound derived from 4-amino-anti-pyrine and 5-hydr-oxy-2-methyl-benzaldehyde. The mol-ecule adopts a trans configuration about the central C=N bond. There is an intra-molecular O-H⋯N hydrogen bond. Abstract:The crystal structure of the title compound, C6H8N4S22+.-2C(6)H(7)N(4)S(2)(+.)4C(7)H(4)NO(4)(-), comprises diprotonated diaminobithiazole (DABT) dications located on inversion centers, monoprotonated DABT cations and nitrobenzoate anions. The relatively short C - N( amino) bond distances, ranging from 1.310 (2) to 1.350 (2) angstrom, indicate electron delocalization between the amino groups and thiazole rings. Intermolecular N - H (...) O and N - H (...) N hydrogen bonds stabilize the crystal packing.

Abstract:The title compound, C19H18BrN3O3, was synthesized by the reaction of 2-methanesulfonyl-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine and N-(2-bromophenyl)-2-hydroxybenzylamine in tetrahydrofuran. There are three different planes in the molecule, each of which is conjugated. The dihedral angles between the pyrimidine plane and the planes of the two phenyl rings are 107.85 (4) and 77.38 (2) degrees, and the dihedral angle between the planes of the two phenyl rings is 103.15(3)degrees.

Abstract:In the title molecule, C18H11Cl3N2O2, the central benzene ring is oriented at 8.44 (12) and 70.57 (11)degrees with respect to the terminal chlorophenol and dichloropyridine rings, respectively. The molecular structure is stabilized by an intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bond, which generates an S(6) ring motif. In the crystal, pi-pi stacking between parallel pyridine rings is observed [centroid-centroid distance = 3.6561 (14) angstrom].

Abstract:The title compound n-propyl-4-[2-(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yloxy)benzylamino] benzoate (C23H25N3O5) was synthesized by the reaction of 2-methanesulfonyl-4,6-dimethoxy pyrimidine and N-(4'-propoxycarbonylphenyl)-2-hydroxybenzylamine in THF, and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P2/n with a = 14.8504(8), b = 9.4420(4), c = 16.3129(9) Angstrom, beta = 104.881(1)degrees, V = 2210.6(2) Angstrom(3), Z = 4, D-c = 1.272 g/cm(3), F(000) = 896.00, mu(MoKalpha) = 0.91cm(-1), R = 0.051 and wR = 0.118. Of the 19761 collected reflections, 5004 were unique. The title compound was also characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS and H NMR. In the molecule there exist three different planes. In each of them a conjugated system is formed. The dihedrals between the pyrimidine plane and two phenyl planes (C(7)similar toC(12), C(14)similar toC(19)) are 99.18 and 164.15degrees, respectively, and the dihedral between these two phenyl rings is 94.93degrees. The conformation of the title compound is of boat-like.

Abstract:The novel Schiff base（E）-8-chloro-N?-（4-（dimethylamino）benzylidene）-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridine-3-carbohydrazide was synthesized and characterized by ~1H NMR,MS,elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction.The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2 1 /c with a = 7.091（2）,b = 10.750（3）,c = 21.380（6） ?,β = 96.299（6）°,V = 1619.7（8） ?~3,Z = 4 and R = 0.0351.Theoretical calculation of the title compound was carried out with the B3LYP/6-31 G basis set.The frontier orbital energy and atomic net charges were discussed.It is found that the experimental data show good agreement with the calculated values.And the compound exhibits good antifungal activity against Stemphylium lycopersici（Enjoji） Yamamoto.
