Analysis to the Present Capacity of the Local Government in Ethnic Minority Regions

Abstract:There is a disparity between 'have had' and 'should have' of the capacity of local government in ethnic minority regions,i.e.super-abounding of the traditional political power and lack of social integration and balancing capacity;the lack of planning capacity;the lack of public administration and service capacity.There are both internal and external factors that would cause the lack of capacity of the local government in ethnic minority regions and a complete cognition to these factors should be taken.
