Abstract:According to the poor anti interference performance of traditional vehicle passive suspension, vehicle suspension dynamics model is derived, which is based on 1 / 4 vehicle suspension for the control of an object, using the linear quadratic(LQR) optimal way to design the controller, with the indexes of car body vertical acceleration, suspension moving disturbance and tire?deformation.Considering the problem that the weighted matrix is difficult to be decided,a method that uses mode decomposition to optimize the weighted modal matrix is proposed. The method endows each mode decomposition components with different weights according to their different importance and obtains the optimal feedback gains and control forces by screening weighted matrix of suspension dynamics,to attenuate the influence of the output control, which is caused by high frequency noise and high-end model errors and as a result, the anti interference performance of the vehicle suspension dynamics has been improved.Lyapunov's stability theory proves the stability of the dynamics. Finally, with an example for two degrees of freedom vehicle suspension system in the pavement under the action of the analog input dynamic response, the simulation results demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of this method, through comparing with passive suspension.
