Digital Analysis and Model Selection Software Developing For Air Handling Units

Abstract:A digital analysis and model selection software for air handling units was developed to realize using computer simula-tion method to replace the traditional air handling units design method which is high-cost,low-efficiency and time-consuming.Vis-ual Basic 6.0 was taken as the programming platform,AutoCAD was taken as the graphic output platform and Microsoft Office software was taken as the information output platform.By customizing project information,customizing unit information,combining function sections randomly,modeling in many sections as cooler,heater,heat recovery,humidifier and so on,air handling units can be systematically designed and analyzed,the necessary information can be output in AutoCAD files and Microsoft Word /Excel files to reduce the AHU design cost,save time,and increase the design efficiency and accuracy.
