Abstract:Local electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is a novel electrochemical testing technique.It can be used to test the local electrochemical impedance of organic coatings,and to build the direct relationship between local electrochemical impedance and the capacitance and the delamination of the organic coatings,So it is a very useful technique to assess the environmental failure of the organic coatings.The device and the application of the technique were introduced.
