On Path of Enterprise-Imitating Management of Urban Community

Abstract:The great changes in urban community resulted from large-scale fast urbanization keep challenging the new urban community management. The appearance of the community management imitating the enterprises will break the dominance of managing community by government, that is, the traditional low-efficiency management which is named "Section-Street-Community". It will essentially change the habit of managing community which is responsible for the government, and result in advanced satisfaction of inhabitants. The community management imitating the enterprises will import the market system, optimize community resources, and provide the innovative path for the sustainable development of community by imitating the enterprises in personnel management, team management, finance management, performance review and so on.
