Abstract:Newly-born peasant workers,as a newly-developing social group,are the important force to promote the great strategy of constructing the harmonious society.With social development,the newly-born peasant workers＇ spiritual and cultural demands are tending to develop,both in amount and in content.However,influenced by elements such as diversified cultures,income,social system,peoples＇ own situations,and so on,the workers can not be satisfied in certain demands such as thought,recreation,scientific service,social communication,etc.We need mutual efforts made by government,the society,enterprises,and the workers themselves so as to solve the problems.
