Abstract:To solve the high failure ratio problem of ERP implementation in China,this paper sets up the Critical Success Factors Measurement Model of ERP implementation based on the Critical Success Factors Model of ERP implementation.Then the Structural Equation of the relationship between the Critical Success Factors and Implementation Success(User Satisfaction) is set up to estimate the critical success factors' affection factors to User Satisfaction. Thus we can implement the controlling and monitoring to the ERP implementation and facilitate the sustained improvement of ERP implementation,which will improve the ERP implementation success ratio.
