Studies of Text Linguistics in Perspective of Marxist Philosophy

Abstract:Text linguistics(also called discourse linguistics),which arose in the 70s of the 20th century,is a really important branch of modern linguistics.Along with its birth and development,people started the study of the basic law of language from the essence of language,breaking their form-logic model.This progress also reflects a tendency that linguists have begun to re-examine the language from a philosophical point,considering it as the basic communicative way of humans,but no longer a changeless content.Using the theory of Marxist philosophy,the author analyzes the philosophical basis of text linguistics in the three aspects of Text Linguistics: their birth,subjects of study and research method.
