Abstract:The authors introduced how to identify and manage mental illness and mental health problems in the outpatient service of psycho-cardiology.They emphasis that the psychiatric work based on both causative explanation and teleological understanding.The medical service will be more helpful if the manifestation and coping of our patients can be put into the background of their personality and living environment.At the end of this article,they provided us the practical examples of the cooperation between psychiatrists and cardiologists.
