Analyze the Fisibility of Treating Patients with Mental Disorder in Cardiovascular Department

Abstract:To investigate the fisibility of treating patients with mental disorder in cardiovascular department,400 patients were evaluated mental health with Hamilton rating scale in cardiovascular department.The patients who were diagnosed mental disorder based on Hamilton rating scale and phycological symptom were divided into 2 groups,one treated in cardiovascular department(group 1),the others advised them go to phycological department(group 2).71 out of 400 patients recruited in this study were diagnosed mental disorder,41 patients included in group1 and 30 patients in group 2.The total efficiency rate in group 1 is 79.4%,much higher than that in goup2,which is only 16.7%.Therefore,it is an fisible project that cardiologists themselves treat patients with mental disorder in cardiovascular department
