Abstract:This paper takes the idea that in choosing regional leading industries we should consider not only the economical criterion but also the social criterion.With the Input-output material,this paper constructs a comprehensive index system of choosing the leading industries,which takes in the labor-input-makeup coefficient as a substitute of social criterion.Here takes Shaanxi province as a force example,based on the Shaanxi Input-output table in 2002,this paper predicts the leading industries of Shaanxi province which should be chosen.
