Design of Contact Switch Sorting System Based on PLC and Laser Sensor

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the height detection of the main component of the contact switch, this paper takes Siemens S7-1200 PLC controller as the core, and develops a high-precision contact switch main component defective sorting control system based on the HG-C1050 laser displacement sensor, The system consists of PLC control module, HMI human-computer interaction module, main parts conveying and pushing module, height detection module. Using laser technology, accurately measure the height of the main component of the non-contact contact switch, and then determine whether the materials are qualified. Then the unqualified materials are discharged to the waste box by the layout cylinder, and the qualified materials are pushed to the next assembly station by the push cylinder, so as to realize the accurate determination and intelligent sorting of the height of the main component of the contact switch. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the sorting system is higher than 99.5%, which greatly improves the product processing efficiency of the intelligent production line in the field of industrial control.
