Abstract:As a principle of methodology , the theory of Rawls' education equity is based on his theory script of justice , and exists insurmountable plight of the theory. The premise of his theory is built on a pure idealistic hypothesis and the understanding of human and human nature , and it is abstract. His perspective of the theory is under the provisions of a uniform scale to promote everyone's fairness and equality , and it is one-sided ; His end-result of the theory is to pursue the maximum consensus of justice of truth on distribution by the tendency of equalitarianism , and it is Utopian. We should take critical views to the theory of Rawls' education equity , be vigilant of the complex of it and prevent the judgment which is not in accord with reality on account of blindly faith.

Abstract:“Yu controlled the flood”and“five-element”category in the Great Norms belong to the original five-element theory, the two are mutually external and internal. During the Yin and Zhou dynasties, bringing soil and water under control or complying with the five-element was the precondition and justification of the holy king to rule over the world. The purpose of this was to“stabilize the constant principle”or“achieve the harmony and stability of the world”. Even though it has multiple meanings,“peace”is always in the core. Moreover, the original five-element theory also contains the germ of the theory of“the harmony of five-elements generating vitality”, which includes an old interpretation put forward by the former king and a new one put forward by Shi Bo. The essential difference between the old and new interpretation is that the former takes“earth”as the core element, while the latter does not. The new interpretation is more popular and closer to practical experience and common sense in daily life. Both interpretations take“generating vitality”as the fundamental direction. Besides, the theory of“the harmony of five-elements generating vitality”is widely used. Yan Ying’s“the difference between harmony and uniformity”, “the compatibility between water and fire”, “the compatibility between feasibility and infeasibility”and Confucius’ s“harmony in diversity”are all deductions of this new interpretation. In addition, the early five-element theory is characterized by political thinking, which starts from politics and serves politics at the same time.

Abstract:In the history, the increase of war and the development of society are synchronous. Violence became the means in order to achieve peace. The ways and the details to achieve are important issues of the Peace Studies. Peace can be divided into the negative and the positive peace. The negative involves the absence of the direct violence, and it tolerates the structure violence; the positive transforms conflict with nonviolence. Peace not only indicates the absence of wars, but also includes a favorable social structure and environment. There is no way to peace, but peace is the only way.

Abstract:The influence that the theory of Five Virtues(五行) put forward by Zisi(子思) had made upon Xunzi(《荀子》) has been concealed for more than two thousand years.The publication of the unearthed document entitled Five Virtues has provided a new chance to reveal this historical truth.However,due to the powerful mode of traditional thinking in the history of academic thoughts,the academic circles still ignore this important subject.Focusing on such key categories as internal generation(?于内),accumulation(积),tranquility(安) and mind(心),which connect the system of Five Virtues and the system of Xunzi,this paper outlines the historical trajectory of the two systems and reveals the complexity of their inheritance and development in academic thoughts.

Abstract:The article discusses the shortcomings of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and some problems faced by college students, and carries out theoretical analysis of the "five education" student management model, in order to excavate the possible internal links, and build a "five education" student management model for ideological and political education in colleges and universities, pointing out that five aspects should be done well: to build people with virtue, promote the long-term mechanism construction of students' participation in theory and social practice, This paper probes into the problems of integrating ideological and political education into student management, such as the complexity of students' thinking, the lack of concise management team, and the incompatibility of education management, and accordingly puts forward targeted suggestions, including changing the work concept, implementing the outstanding curriculum platform for talent training, etc.

Abstract:Conflict Resolution is a new academic interest in Peace Studies,which focuses more on problem transforming than problem resolving.It explores to change the institution and structure behind the conflicts rather than merely terminate the conflicts in a passive way.Conflicts do not find their origins in human nature but in human tendency to violence acquired through social learning.The concept of structural violence provides a base for conflict resolution: the avoidance of possible violence in the inevitable confrontation.What should be eliminated is violence of all forms,as is indeed the target of the process of conflict resolution.If the principals,ways and skills of conflict resolution can be well maintained,the violent conflicts can be avoided and transformed to some degree,so to be contributive to the construction of a harmonious society.Conflict resolution is an alternative paradigm and a practical way to nonviolence.

Abstract:Constructivism embodies the fundamental spirit of modern and early modern Western philosophy and the basic character of Western social and political activities.It can be understood in either a narrow or a broad sense.The former is Rawls's political constructivism; the latter is the general method of modern Western political philosophy.Based on reason,this philosophy establishes,through constructivism in the broad sense,its basic ideas and views,procedures,examples and models,as well as fundamental norms and principles and essential structures and institutions related to society and the state.An inherent conflict can be found in constructivism in the narrow sense.Constructivism in the broad sense is a synthetic and systemic methodology that is compatible with methods like intuitionism.Furthermore,deontological theory is inevitably constructivist and so to some extent is utilitarianism.

Abstract:To some extent,it is the "isms" that constructed the modern Chinese history of ideas.Various "isms" thus constitutes the basic resource to understand the history of Modern China.What's scrutinized here in this text is the response to the "Principle of Minsheng" during the Resistance War against Japan and the post-war period.When we look back with a focus on the1930s and 40s,we'll realize without difficulty that the "Principle of Minsheng" of the "Three Principles of the People" was more concerned,formulating the essence of the Creed of War-time Nation-building Program.Simultaneously,"political democracy,economical equality" became the dominant value among the intellectuals.With meticulous study on this,new light might be casted on the significance of the "Principle of Minsheng".

Abstract:This paper holds a different idea from the one expressed in Questioning the Major Evidence of "Five Types of Social,Formations" by Professor Duan Zhongqiao.The author points out that Duan's paper regarded Grundrisse as the basis of "The Preface".This showed that Duan actually failed to make a distinction between Grundrisse and the officially published A Contribution to the Critique Political Economy(Book I).Moreover,Duan's interpretation of some arguments in Grundrisse is also questionable.Therefore,Duan's refutation of "five types of social formations" is not well justified.

Abstract:For understanding Zhu Xi's virtue theory as well as its structure and ethical meaning,the first half of this essay analyses Zhu Xi's theory of Four Virtues.And the other half of the essay turns to the theory of universe of Four Virtues from the ethical theory of Four Virtues,then gets the conclusion as follows:in a certain sense,Zhu Xi's philosophy system can be seen from two basic points,namely Li Xue(school of principle) and Ren Xue(school of humanity).From the Li Xue to embody Zhu Xi's philosophy is the main subject of concern to us,but from the Ren Xue to embody Zhu Xi's thoughts is so few in the past.If Li and Qi are dualistic parts,then Ren is a overall whole including Li and Qi in a broader sense.On this point,the saying Zhu Xi's philosophy is Ren Xue wholly may be better than the saying Zhu Xi's philosophy is Li Xue,and be able to represent the holistic image of its Confucian thoughts.

Abstract:Worldview and methodology are philosophical propositions. The proposition of “Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, Worldview and Methodology” marks the in-depth philosophical thinking of the Chinese Communists. This is undoubtedly the sinicization of Marxism and the excellent Chinese tradition. The latest theoretical exploration of cultural modernization is a distinctive theoretical feature that makes China more Chinese. It proposes methods and implementation principles such as “two combinations” and “six musts” to promote the theoretical innovation of Chinese modernization. This article attempts to explore the formation logic of the worldview and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, grasp its scientific connotation, and deeply understand the principal path of theoretical innovation, in order to consciously use the worldview and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to guide practice.

Abstract:This paper surveys the relationship between the constructing procedures of political constructivism and its premises, the ideal situations and the outcomes of the construction through a comparison of Kant's constructivism with Rawls' political constructivism, and reveals the contradictions and problems in political constructivism, such as the hypothetical character of Rawls' practical reason, the vicious circle of preconditions and outcome of the construction, the suspension of political constructivism that does not play a real role in forming the principles of justice. The paper, thereby, argues that Rawls' political constructivism has not accomplished its essential purpose, namely justification of the fair and just basic structure of society in the background of reasonable pluralism.

Abstract:We should pay more attention to the following five viewpoints in the development of the relation between principles and desires.Firstly,desires can be controlled by priciples,this is the guiding viewpoint to solve the problem between principles and desires of the history of Chinese traditional ethics;Secondly,principles comes from the desires,this is the important proposition explaining the relation between principles and desires;Thirdly,we should keep alert to the negative view which looks down upon the desires of the history of Chinese traditional ethics;Forthly,principles and desires can interpenetrate in space,in other words,the the moral principle exists in people's life,it is not the barren rule which breaks away from people's life but comes from it and rule it and they can interpenetrate,as a result,the moral principle is full of vitality;Fifthly,there is an evolutional process of the relation betweem principles and desires from regarding desires as evil to controlling desires by principles and to cultivating principles from desires.This process indicates a kind of change of ethical values and the change is positive.

Abstract:In the studies of international relations,the accumulation of knowledge needs values and morals to support.In this article,we rediscover the principle of prudence from the history of political thoughts.Firstly,we find that the principle of prudence has three core components,which are moderation,reason and temperance.Secondly,the principle of prudence enlightens us with three theoretical revelations: the discipline of International Relations is also dominated by complexity;the principle of prudence is the state's highest moral;and the responsibility of statesman is to ensure state security and maintain the welfare of his people.Finally,this article discusses the practical guideline of prudence.We hold that the rediscovery of principle of prudence has great implications.Theoretically,it will help enhance the theorization of the International Relations subject;practically,it will benefit a nation in its better pursuit of national interests.

Abstract:Chinese history initiated from the politicalized motivation and need. However, the law of remedy and equity thereof started from ethics. The system of “demise” of ancient Yao era established an oriflamme of ethicalized politics, but was unfortunately broken by Xia Qi's “nepotism”. How to make “nepotism” back to the fine way of ethicalization is truly the strong historical complex of the “three dynasties”. Zhou Yi centered on “revolution” strongly presents the new standard of political ethics, resets the oriflamme of the ethicalization of history, culture, society, country and politics, and provides theoretical interpretation for “nepotism” with the construction of new and systematic ideology. Abstract:Marx and Engels’ peace thought is vital to Marxist theory. They used historical materialism and materialist dialectics as world outlook and methodology to study peace. They analyzed the root and nature of war, revealed various ways to achieve peace under different conditions, and made a blueprint of a permanent peaceful world of the future human communist society. In the face of major changes in the current world unseen in a century and the increasing uncertainty and instability in China’s security, it is highly valuable that we deeply study Marx and Engels’ peace thought again. Using Marxist standpoints to rationally analyze the domestic and international situations help us comprehensively and accurately grasp the theme of the times. It is of practical significance to strengthen the peaceful development concept, actively build a community with shared future, and continuously realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
