Abstract:The laboratory is an important place for the growth of college students,an incubating base for the university talent training,and also a vital link of the teaching system.Based on a lot of practice and exploration,by learning from the advanced experience at home and abroad,and on the basis of the design of innovative experimental courses and the innovation of the experimental teaching mode,the Innovative Design Laboratory of Zhejiang University initiates the project-oriented practical innovation mode,carries out the exploration on the laboratory opening,improves the rules and regulations,implements the integration and sharing of resources,and establishes the evaluation and incentive mechanism,which has promoted the innovation of experimental teaching,enhanced the students' innovative ability,and pushed forward the scientific research,disciplinary development and innovation of the laboratory system and mechanism.

Abstract:There are many problems among contemporary college students, such as weak innovation consciousness, insufficient innovation motivation and poor ability of innovation achievements transformation. Through analyzing the relevant elements of innovation chain, ideas about the construction of collaborative innovation ecological environment is proposed for improving the teaching effect of innovation education for college students in this paper. The concrete measures and effects about the practical platform of university-enterprise collaborative innovation, the comprehensive and multi-dimensional innovation education system in universities, and the construction of first-class undergraduate courses in innovation education are introduced in detail. The practice shows that the construction of collaborative innovation ecological environment fundamentally solves the “bottleneck” problem of college students innovation, and provides inexhaustible power for the cultivation of college students innovation ability.

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the defects in the present practical teaching of science and technology in universities,this paper suggests an educational mode where undergraduates and postgraduates take part in activities in science and technology together.This new mode advocates a joint research organization composed of both undergraduates and postgraduates and a school-or students-managing method.And in order to strengthen the management of scientific innovations,the departments of academic affairs and postgraduate management should help form a sequential link from high school students,undergraduates to postgraduates in innovation,and improve the degree system and the elimination and incentive system while the postgraduates should play a leading role in innovation,and become the manager of research organizations,the supervisor of innovative activities and the lecturer of academic forums.

Abstract:With the development of science and technology, all teachers in the college will face how to stimulate the undergraduate student’s ability and make them to be an excellent engineer. For solving these questions, a new scheme with three steps has been designed. First, students will participate in the class teaching activity not only teacher. It will encourage them to read many extracurricular books and articles. Second, they will be required to think and design more new experiments after complete all experiment about the textbook and join more competition of the innovation and entrepreneurship. Third, some students who have more time and ability can early enter into his advisor professor’s lab to join various science and technology project. Abstract:To cultivate the university students' ability of scientific research and innovation is one of the important tasks of higher education in our country. Based on the grounded theory, this study deeply explores the influencing factors of the scientific research innovation ability of outstanding college students who have made great achievements in scientific research, so as to improve and optimize the training method of scientific research ability of college students. It is found that the scientific research innovation ability of students with excellent achievements in scientific research is mainly affected by environmental characteristics, ability structure and quality structure. Environmental characteristics mainly refer to the resources, opportunities and information obtained by students in scientific research practice. Ability structure emphasizes students' judgment, reasoning power and practical power when solving scientific research innovation problems, and quality structure includes personality and quality factors. It is the "source power" of students' scientific research and innovation. It is suggested that educational authorities and colleges and universities implement a multi-subject collaborative training mechanism, pay attention to cultivating college students' ability of planning, self-learning and practice, set up more easy and targeted psychological counseling centers, and encourage college students to be innovative, dare to be the first, and be good at doing well while cultivating young people who truly have "four self-confidence".
