Abstract:This paper aims to construct an assessment and evaluation index system for the reference to the reasonable assessment and evaluation of the reseach achiements for post doctors during the period in the station.First,it presents the backgrounds,the reasons,and the priciples of setting up the assessment and evaluation index system.And then,with the post doctors' characteristics,the reasonable assessment and evaluation index system will be introduced in the last part.
