Abstract:Acid mine drainage has seriously endangered the environment for human survival.In this paper,an automatic control system based on mud acid wastewater treatment is designed.The system not only realizes the automatic control of calcium carbide milk,flocculant addition,waste water flow,etc..At the same time,the neutralization reaction mixing system is adopted to improve the accuracy of the control system.According to the experimental test results show that the design of the control system of acid wastewater treatment in a mining area can reach the international level emission standard,but also directly reduce the operating costs.

Abstract:Automatic Control system has been widely used in the field of modern chemical production industry,which not only enhances the automatic level of production device but also elevates products' quality and output.A method combining manufacture process monitoring system and PLC is presented,through which automatic control system of a set of device for latex polymerization is developed and automatic control and monitoring function of the whole manufacture process are realized.For the key factor influencing quality best-polymerization temperature,cascade with stroke-dividing control algorithm is applied.Through long-term practical running,control effect reaches the expectation,which demonstrates the feasibility of this control system.

Abstract:It was described a controlling system that was designed for the tannery waste water process.This controlling system consisted of an industrial PC that worked in the centralized administration,a suite of PLC that worked in the site control,and many types of electric equipment that worked in the remote equipment layer.It was mainly elaborated the upper-level monitoring system design and the low-level controlling programs design work.This controlling system had been successfully applied in the factory.From the aspect of the cost,functions and the actual operatings in the field,this control system showed high economy,advancement,reliability and so on,which could be a good reference for design of the controlling system of industrial wastewater treatment.

Abstract:Based on the comprehensive analysis of the typical pyrolysis equipment in the world, a novel cracking furnace was designed, which has the features of energy-saving, pollution-free, adaptive and whose internal temperature and pressure can be adjusted smartly to ensure the full pyrolysis of waste tires. The optimization of the performance parameters such as the pyroly- sis temperature. pyrolysis pressure and reaction time is also discussed.

Abstract:This design in certain food products factory for intelligent control of wastewater treatment processes, monitoring and management. The system consists of lower and upper computer. The lower-level computer consists of PLC and the intelligent instruments. The intelligent instruments can process control the frequency conversion timing machine, opening valve and so on. The PLC can receive all data from the controlling instruments of the upper-level one. Eventually MCGS configuration software, real-time monitoring of wastewater treatment processes and changes of analog. So as to realize combination of automatic and manual control, field and remote control with the combination of purpose.

Abstract:Process of Static screen-Flocculation-A/O was adopted for treatment of the effluent from recycled paper mill.The quality of effluent discharged from the second clarifier reached the local discharge standards of Guangdong Province.Testing results showed that removal rates of SS and COD after physic-chemical treatment were up to 90%,and 50% respectively,while those after biological treatment was at 50%, 90% respectively.The operation cost was 0.533RMB per ton wastewater.This technology of A/O combined with physic-chemical process was reasonable and feasible for the treatment of wastewater from paper making with recycled fibers.

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of various international and domestic treatment processes for wastewater from automobile repair assembly plant are summarized,and coagulation deposition-biological contact oxidation process is recommended to treat the oily wastewater considering practicality in domestic automobile plant.C1eaner production can be achieved by reusing effluent as washing water.Feasibility of coagulation deposition-biological contact oxidation process is technologically and economically validated after profit analyses by applying the process to treat the wastewater from certain automobile repair assembly plant.

Abstract:A drying pit control system that was composed of the PLC applied system was introduced in the printworks.The design of the structure of hardware and software was discussed in detail.In this system,the online measuring and controlling of moisture was realized by the fuzzy PID algorithm.The application process indicated that the system was simple,highly reliable and highly automatic.The automation level is improved greatly in the printworks.

Abstract:The authors analyzed the influence of waste management philosophy under sustainable development principle and development of key regulations and technical guidelines such as landfill directive and packaging directive of European Commission to the waste treatment method in developed countries,and discussed the development of some of kernel waste treatment technologies including waste incineration,mechanical-biological treatment,gasification and landfill.The authors suggested that China should actively develop eco-technologies in waste treatment and the central government should supply economic support and policy guidance to these technologies and formulate sustainable waste management strategy so as to change the present passive situation of end-of-pipe treatment.

Abstract:The production of waste tires is steadily increasing, leading to challenges like slow degradation, severe environmental pollution, and significant land use. To address these issues, waste tire valorization has emerged as a crucial aspect of global environmental protection and sustainable development, garnering widespread attention and promotion. Innovative technologies are being leveraged to convert waste tires into valuable products and energy, promoting resource recycling and mitigating environmental harm. While existing literature has highlighted key technologies in the waste tire valorization process, this study aims to comprehensively review the current advancements in waste tire valorization from various angles, including processes, optimization, and evaluation, to support its sustainable development. Firstly, it outlines advanced technologies in the waste tire valorization process for producing value-added products, such as grinding, pyrolysis, and critical devulcanization stages. Secondly, it summarizes simulation and optimization techniques applied in waste tire valorization. Lastly, it discusses the application of sustainable assessment methods like techno-economic assessment, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in waste tire valorization, proposing the establishment of a unified assessment system. The review findings suggest that (1) developing a super-structural waste tire valorization framework offers a promising path for technological enhancement and low-carbon sustainable transformation. (2) Integrating mechanism and data-driven method in simulation modeling enhances result accuracy and interpretability. (3) Creating a multi-objective optimization model to optimize waste tire valorization from economic, technological, social, and environmental perspectives can drive efficient and low-carbon development. (4) Establishing a unified sustainability assessment system will standardize the evaluation of waste tire valorization's sustainability.

Abstract:Automatic control system in a municipal wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) is important to ensure the stable operation of the wastewater treatment process,and it should be compatible with the dynamics of the influent variations and biological reactions.The operational features of the common facilities in a municipal WWTP as well as their unit control methods are analyzed.The full-flow process control strategy was proposed based on the dynamic influent loadings.The realization methods of the full-flow process control system are discussed.
