Abstract:The process of water-assisted injection molding(WAIM) was analyzed.In the work cycle,every step in WAIM was discussed.Water hydraulic proportional system for WAIM was designed and the work states were investigated based on the design.The timing parameters were also calculated.By considering the interaction and coordination between the water hydraulic system and the injection molding machine,the method of timing control for WAIM system was provided including settings of directional valve switching and control flows were considered.

Abstract:The key technology were introduced aboat the development of the water hydraulic valve.The valves were presented which were developed by zhejiang university.The working principle,structure characteristics,materials selection and results were respectively analyzed for these water hydraulic valve.The results show that these water hydraulic control valve possess good property.The life experiments were carried in normal condition,and the primary part aren't shattered.The performances of these water hydraulic control valve achieve the level of traditional control valve.

Abstract:Principle and process of automatic control on water mist fire-extinguishing system created based on PLC are instructed in the paper. The experiment includes the research of the outfire effect of water mist system, temperature sampling-and-treating of the fire field during the burning and extinguishing is also completed. The result shows that system reacts quickly, the control process and action reach the requirement. One of the mechanics of water mist for putting out liquid combustible fire is the notable cooling effect of water mist.

Abstract:The core of automatic door is its control system. The basic principle of au-tomatic door control system is to use PLC to output digital signal and analog signal to inverter to change working power frequency and drive motor steering, drive motor frequency conversion, change direction operation, drive automatic door to realize door opening and closing operations at different speeds. When the signal acquisition device o f the automatic door detects whether a person or an object has passed, the automatic door can be automatically opened and closed to realize the function of the person coming to the door and the person to close the door. The system designed in this paper not only completes the opening and closing of the automatic door at different speeds under different conditions, but also adds more safety protection, such as anti-pinch control, emergency stop and system fault self-test, to achieve the expected design effect. The automatic door control system has the characteristics of higher safety, ease of use and stability.

Abstract:Aiming at enhancing the reliability of the automatic door operation S7-200 programmable logic controller (PLC) was used as the core of the automatic door system. The principle of control system was analyzed with description of the control system hardware it was introduced that the working process of control circuits about human body detection sensor and automatic door position detection and obstacle detection and so on. It was introduced how to choose a PLC type to really settle the I/O orders Combining the operation characteristics of programmable controller a reasonable optimization was made for the work flow of the system. On this basis using structured programming method the program flow charts of main program module and opening door subroutine module and closing door subroutine module were developed. The debugging of the control system was developed and the control system has been adopted. The practical application shays prat the control system is good and reliable.

Abstract:In order to adapt the modernized development of water supply industry in our country and build automatic supply station for water management modernization,intelligent water supply system is studied.This intelligent water supply system based on PLC of Siemens S7-200 series is designed by using VB6.0 programming software that achieves the communications between position machine and PLC in Windows environment.The system use constant pressure water supply of frequency conversion speed adjustment and apply expert control mode to monitor running status of the overall system in real time,so that it may satisfy the requirements of modernized water supply and realize 24-hour nobody duty in the process of water supply.At present,the system is successfully applied in life water supply.

Abstract:The automatic canal control system based on the water level and discharge of a canal can greatly improve the operation and the water use efficiency,and reduce the operation costs.This paper introduces systematically the canal control theory and the concept of automation. A brief review on the studies of the complex long-distance water transfer projects in recent years is provided,and the problems in the literature and possible ways of improvement in the operation are discussed.The control scheme is investigated from the viewpoint of the multi-input multi-output of the system,the nonlinear model,and the stochastic disturbance.The future study in the fields of canal operation mode,control algorithm,and gate control scheme is suggested.

Abstract:After analyzing the drawback of conventional water supply system, this thesis elaborated the basic requirements of control system for constant-pressure water supply, selected the electrical appliances, designed the main loop diagram, control schematic drawing, periphery wiring drawing for PLC & frequency converter as well as the installation and commission. The constant-pressure gas supply and energy consumption target is achieved by properly combining the PLC, frequency converter and electrical control.

Abstract:With the development of modern life,many urban and rural residents like to grow plants in the house.The plants which are rose by families will be stoped the water supply to be dry,because owers going to business trips.To solve this problem,there is the simple automatic watering machine was designed.It conclude the humidity sensor,the Comparison circuit,circuit which can amplifier Voltage,driving circuit,the relay,solenoid valve components and power circuit.The automatic watering machine can sense soil humidity automatically,which is compared with the reference voltage,transformed from the soil humidity,in the Comparison circuit.As a result,it can control the relay and solenoid valve components to achieve automatic control.The article describes the working principle and the system design process.

Abstract:Abstract In this paper, an intelligent water dispenser automatic control system is designed by using a microcontroller as the core. Relevant signals are collected through temperature sensor, liquid level sensor and other sensors, then send them to the microcontroller for processing and control, and use the liquid crystal display for display. Temperature, effluent and liquid level can be controlled according to their own needs, so as to realize the intelligent control of the water dispenser. The intelligent water dispenser automatic control system designed in this paper has low hardware cost and easy operation in the use process.

Abstract:This article is aiming at the design of the water supplying automatic control system of two grade pump station for industrial and domestic usage. The hydraulic pressure of the pipe system is maintained using a PLC as controller and multiple pumps whose revolving speed are adjusted by a frequency converter. Multiple motors are started by only one Soft Starter during the power frequency startup to reduce the manufacturing cost and guarantee the security and reliability. The water consumption of users and the water supply pressure is always in a dynamic balance in order to both meet the water supply demand and achieve the purpose of energy-saving.

Abstract:As chlorine-feeding system has a large and time-varying time-delay,this paper provides an automatic control scheme using″cascade control system & Smith controller″.The control scheme is based on establishing a dynamic model of the chlorine between the entrance and exit of the water reservoir.The control effect is very good when the automatic chlorine-feeding system applying this control scheme is brought into use in a water works.

Abstract:According to the actual process requirements of steel sheet packaging in steel coil packaging process, this paper designs the control system of automatic steel sheet wrapping machine. And this control system includes pneumatic control system design, hydraulic control system design and electronic control system design. The control system takes PLC as the core to control the unwinding, conveying, cutting, glue spraying and wrapping of the steel sheet wrapping machine through the motor, solenoid valve, proximity switch and photoelectric switch. The field results show that the control system can better control the wrapping machine instead of manual, and realize the automation and intelligence of steel sheet wrapping, and greatly improve the packaging efficiency and quality.

Abstract:This paper introduces the design method and implementation technique of the automatic aluminum tape winding machine,which include the monolithic construction and the principle of operation and the software design approach of the automatic aluminous tape winding machine control system.It adopts SIEMENS S7 programmable logic controller and transducer incorporate with frequency control technology and systemic pressure constant principium to control the hydraulic pressure system and the electric control system credibility,furthermore,the pitch of the winding tube could be adjusted freely.Though introduce the Proportional-Integral-Differential Controller,it could optimize the control system.In addition,it brings forward the energy saving way.
