Abstract:Oily sludge was treated through microemulsification.By handling the samples of SLGD containing oily sludge,the best microemulsion composition was achieved as follow: SDS 0.16 g / mL,OTAC 0.04 g / mL,butanol 0.47 g / mL,NaCl 0.034 g / mL,then the deoiling rate could reach 42.53 %.The best batch treatment capacity was 12 g(on the base of 10 mL water),at 30 ℃ in 30 min;and the microemulsion solution could be reused for three times with the guarantee of deoiling rate.
