Abstract:Asia is a hot infrastructure investment area in the world.China is one of the most active infrastructure investment areas in Asia.The economic development of China is based on the ability of local construction committees'effective infrastructure development and management.Supported by the World Bank and Tianjin Construction Committee,Tianjin urban infrastructure integrated management information system(UIIMIS) has been successfully developed.In the paper,the organization of Tianjin Construction Committee is introduced.The existing problems for Tianjin Construction Committee to develop and manage urban infrastructure projects are analyzed in the view of project lifecycle integration management.The requirement for UIIMIS is deeply investigated.The rules for the setting up of UIIMIS are determined.The function planning of UIIMIS is provided.Finally,the steps and methods for the development of UIIMIS are given.

Abstract:Based on the research of computer-aided budgeting technique and development process of related software for construction structure engineering in the past years, this paper classifies current main techniques into four classes including parameters input, local modeling, global modeling and automatic recognition, and further discusses their peculiarities respectively. Then two representative software systems are analyzed respectively. In addition, some ideas about future work are finally proposed.

Abstract:Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology has been widely used in the construction industry, especially in the field of civil construction. BIM standards, basic software and management platforms are relatively mature. The urban rail transit projects are linear projects, they not only span long lines, multiple regions, involve multiple disciplines, and are difficult to coordinate, but also have complex surrounding environments and high safety requirements. Therefore, their needs for integrated construction and operation applications are more concentrated. In order to solve the problems of data isolation, single display form, abnormal situation notification and delayed processing in urban rail transit construction monitoring, combined with GIS+BIM technology, a complete set of construction monitoring information management process and data organization plan is proposed, and the development is oriented. The construction monitoring system of project construction management focuses on solving the problems of the integration, display, early warning and secondary early warning of construction monitoring data. The system realizes the functions of input, storage, processing, three-dimensional display and early warning of measuring point information and daily measurement information. It is integrated with the GIS+BIM management and control platform, and the project is carried out in the construction project of Qingdao Rail Transit Line 8. Application, interact with functions such as model browsing, schedule control, engineering quantity management, video monitoring, etc., to improve the management efficiency and safety quality level of on-site construction.The mainstream GIS and BIM data based research on construction monitoring data standards promote the in-depth integration of construction monitoring data and improve the data entry and association efficiency.

Abstract:Abstract In order to adapt to the need of railway financial reform and innovation and to strengthen the railway financial management advantages and risk control ability, this paper studies the construction of railway financial sharing service system based on the theory of business-financial integration. Combining the business-financial integration with the construction of railway financial sharing service system, this paper puts forward the construction idea, designs the organizational structure and analyses control mode of railway financial sharing service system. The key point is the overall structural design of railway financial sharing service system. And then specific implementation methods are given. Finally this paper explains the development choice path of railway financial staff transformation. The purpose of this paper is to realize the integration of railway operation and finance and to improve the overall operation quality and efficiency of railway system.

Abstract:Railway intelligent transportation system (RITS) is the combination of intelligent transportation system (ITS) and rail transportation. RITS is the important part of ITS, which is taken for the senior development stage of rail transportation. The concept of RITS is put first forward in this paper. Based on the study and analysis of the RITS system framework in China, it is proposed that the essence of the RITS structure design and optimization problem is how to determine and optimize the mapping relations between the logical structure and physical structure, and taking this point as start, to try to set up the RITS structure design theory-oriented system realization. The technical route is to define the mapping relations between logical structure and physical structure, making a set of structure design alternatives. With the target system, the fuzzy matter-unit optimization method is adopted to achieve optimization, thereby obtaining the best from structure design alternatives. The design and optimization theory applied to the RITS system framework is a relative systematic approach that can solve similar problems existing in other information systems.

Abstract:Constructing access and operating model on train ticket data is an important task for China Railway Train Ticket System (CRTTS). This paper proposes a new fundamental structure for the data lifecycle so that assembly sharable information model for concurrent design, and access process can be built. It includes a concept data model that establish feature mapping multiple relations for design domain, and a scalable, dynamic algorithm based on decision tree for characteristic expression. Applications suggest that the techniques combination can make the analysis on train ticket data perfect efficiency.

Abstract:Purpose This paper aims to provide top-level design and basic platform for intelligent application in China high-speed railway. Design/methodology/approach Based on the analysis for the future development trends of world railway, combined with the actual development needs in China high-speed railway, The definition and scientific connotation of intelligent high-speed railway (IHSR) are given at first, and then the system architecture of IHSR are outlined, including 1 basic platform, 3 business sectors, 10 business fields, and 18 innovative applications. At last, a basic platform with cloud edge integration for IHSR is designed. Findings The rationality, feasibility and implementability of the system architecture of IHSR have been verified on and applied to the Beijing–Zhangjiakou high-speed railway, providing important support for the construction and operation of the world’s first IHSR. Originality/value This paper systematically gives the definition and connotation of the IHSR and put forward the system architecture of IHSR for first time. It will play the most important role in the design, construction and operation of IHSR.

Abstract:This paper elaborates on the research results of system architecture design and typical module design of the quality supervision and management data platform for rail used in railway transportation in the whole production process, and clarifies the function and application of the platform. The system traces the whole process of production, quality inspection, labeling and palletizing of the rails, ensuring the accuracy of rail quality traceability. Based on information traceability through the full product life cycle including sales and delivery, production process information, and material supply, the cause of quality problems can be quickly identified.

Abstract:Abstract With the continuous improvement and improvement of computer aided design software, engineering designers gradually break away from the paper work of drawing board and draw drawings by computer. These soft wares have strong usability and flexibility. By calling the entity primitive model in the library, the three-dimensional model of the scheme line is constructed in real time, and it is checked and modified in the three-dimensional environment, and different structure types are compared to realize the three-dimensional entity route selection design. It is the trend of the times to integrate and intelligentize from survey design to construction, and it is also the necessary means and demand to enhance the market competitiveness of road and civil engineering survey general contracting projects. The BIM modeling method of existing line structure using advanced survey means needs to be further improved. The main structures of the railway line are modeled based on Civil3D. After assembly and debugging, BIM modeling of various types of railway line structures can be realized.

Abstract:As the level of enterprise information technology continuing to rise, to achieve information management of budgeting is essential. This paper elaborates the critical steps and implementing key points in the implementation of the budget management system based on the combination of ExtJS and ASP.NET, and introduces the framework and technologies related. The budget management system further simplified the development process on the basis of the asynchronous communication of Ajax, and effectively implemented the separation between page express and business logic, which makes the implementation structure clearer thus improves the development efficiency as well as enhances the asynchronous communication between client and server. Moreover, the paper also briefly discusses the role of ExtJS in the system and the problems it posed.
