Abstract:Based on the research of computer-aided budgeting technique and development process of related software for construction structure engineering in the past years, this paper classifies current main techniques into four classes including parameters input, local modeling, global modeling and automatic recognition, and further discusses their peculiarities respectively. Then two representative software systems are analyzed respectively. In addition, some ideas about future work are finally proposed.

In this paper, we discuss some key techniques in a GIS based landscape design system. With the advantage of the GIS, designers can make better decisions. A prototype named landscape evaluation system (LES) has been implemented. In LES system, designers can build up their virtual evaluation world, and establish the interrelationship of the entities in their virtual world.

Abstract:Considering the Characteristics of architecture scheme design, a new approach based on support housing design scheme is presented. It supports generating the visual presentation from the abstract scheme, and supports the semiautomatic modification at multiple abstract levels of representation scheme, which makes the CAD system more powerful and easier to use. The approach has been implemented in a CAAD (Computer Aided Architecture Design) system.

Abstract:Electronic engineering budget software provides a powerful tool for the electronic engineering cost analysis, reduces the tedious hand-written budget work of the Engineer. However, to break down the project, and input into project budget software are still time-consuming works. This thesis identifies electronic engineering construction drawings using image recognition technology, automatically calculates the engineer quantities in accordance with the semantic properties of the image pixel, and finally designs electronic engineering budget software based on construction drawing recognition technology. Software application shows that the time of budget book using PRBudget is only 1% of manual preparation, and the average error of calculate is 3.89%, so it can apply to practical engineering.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the software architecture of existing GIS applications in industry,a compound architecture pattern which integrates Client/Server architecture and Browser/Server architecture is proposed so as to better meet the requirement for geospatial information sharing and make better use of geospatial resources.The compound architecture is then used to remake the system which has been used in the Land and Resources industry,called Urban Cadastral Information System,by dividing the original single-architected system into several subsystems with the GIS functionality provided by the same GIS Server.The prototype system runs well and the expected goals are achieved,which to some extent solves the problem that once the single-architected system ran into,meets the demands for sharing the geospatial information and provides new thoughts for the GIS-related applications in other industries.

Abstract:It is urgently necessary to develop practical programs for different purposes in the field of wastewater treatment. Now the design programs for grit chambers, anaerobic ponds, facultative ponds, aerobic ponds, aerated ponds and polishing ponds are being developed. Programs for automated plotting and man-machine interactive plotting are needed too. By using AutoCAD (Version 9.03 or 10.0), a secondary development of the softwares for engineering drawing of stabilization pond has been developed, which possesses the function of writing out explanatory notes. A program for writing out explanatory notes in Chinese is also being developed. In the process of developing such softwares, high-level language AutoLISP is used, so that the softwares possess artificial intelligence. Up to now the graphic softwares for plotting the general plan drawings and elevation drawings of grit chamber, various ponds, and pond systems have been developed.

Abstract:Aiming at the faults that the current electrical equipments maintenance and CAA system can not design experiment report or compatible heterogeneous database,this paper gives a software architecture with data abstraction and object oriented style connection with system style,on which an electrical equipments maintenance and CAA system is designed.The system,with FrontPage designing its experimental report, dynamically generates experiment report,builds database table,and adds entity domain object by using technologies of Hibernate,HtmlParser, XML.The system is compatible with heterogeneous database.A key code for system realization is given.

This project is based on ARP comprehensive financial and scientific research project system. According to the accounting system model in which subject section acts as the accounting core in the institute, ARP budget management system is established, linking the scientific project budget and actual outlay. Abstract:The numerous construction projects in China provide the best environment for the development of information technology applied in building design. Various commercial CAD/CAE software applications are purchased by design firms for multi-disciplinary design tasks. However, researches on integration and interoperability are seldom considered. This study pursues a breakthrough point of integration in the architectural and structural domains and expects further development in other aspects. A central building information modeling (BIM) framework based on the industry foundation classes (IFC) is proposed to handle the data exchange between IFC-compatible architectural models and structural models. A central XML(extensible markup language)-based unified finite element model (FEM) is proposed for model conversion among various commercial structural CAE software applications. In addition to bidirectional data interfaces among IFC-based BIM, XML-based FEM and various commercial FEMs, some other components such as visualization, calculation and model editing/check are also equipped into the prototype system.

Abstract:The urban landscape design project is an important project for the construction of modern cities in China and an important part of urban ecological greening. Strengthening the planning and design of urban landscapes is not only a need for ecological construction, but also an objective requirement for improving the taste of residents’ lives. With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the R&D and implementation of BIM technology has gradually involved many industries, including architectural design, construction, and business operations, and the landscape industry is no exception. With the application of BIM technology, it can effectively reduce cost calculation errors and drawing calculation errors. Compared with other engineering construction industries, the development of BIM technology in the landscape gardening industry is relatively slow. Abstract:Contemporary systems are trending toward 3D computer-aided design systems that integrate, network, and exhibit intelligence. The integration of parametric technology with ancient Chinese architecture can enhance the efficiency and quality of managing information on ancient buildings, thereby expanding the application scenarios of ancient architectural information models. By analyzing the construction characteristics of ancient Chinese carpentry work and modular systems, this research outlines the logic and methods for generating Chinese ancient architecture. The program's parametric technology allows for adjusting variable parameters to produce carpentry work structures of varying scales and forms. Furthermore, this research establishes a library of parametric 3D components for ancient architecture, which can simplify the design process of contemporary antique architecture. Additionally, the parametrization of Chinese ancient architectures can function as an auxiliary tool for maintenance and repair techniques, serving as a storage mechanism for whole-life cycle information. This can enable the digital archiving of component information and model entities in an informative manner for managing existing ancient architectures.
